JUST OUTSIDE OR 2 OF THE EMERGENCY ROOM OF YANG HOSPITAL
A lanky slightly tanned man in black fitted jeans, a white oversized t-shirt, and canvas sat on the seat close to the OR door as she arrived.
He stood as she got closer, Song Ruoxin thanked the nurse and then walked to the man.
"Hello, I am Song Ruoxin. We spoke over the phone".
"Oh, Hello. You took a while to arrive, I was starting to worry".
"Sorry," she glanced at that OR door, hand shaking gently at her side, She blinked away the tears threatening to fall, "H-How is my mother?"
"She was just rolled in for surgery. It was loop appendicitis, the doctor confirmed it as soon as we arrived".
Song Ruoxin blinked, "it was appendicitis?"
"Mmm," the man nodded.
"B-But she lost consciousness... Could it cause something like that?"
