"This is the last project plan, Sir," The general manager of Qin Construction's T City branch office a tall lanky man with a thin line mustache over his lips spread open a building plan on the table, and stepped aside.
Qin Shoiming placed both hands on either side of the plan and leaned over, he slowly scanned the plan focusing on a few sensitive locations, "Has it been approved?"
"Yes, Sir. It was approved last week we will begin construction in a few days".
Qin Shoiming glanced at the man by his right, "were all the required inspections carried out?"
"Yes, we are waiting for the results of the past inspection but I already made some inquiries and we met all the requirements".
Qin Shoiming nodded, he was satisfied with the current results, "make sure to follow up with the other inspection will the construction progresses".
"Yes, sir".
