The leaders of notable tech companies, media companies, and other collaborators in the city were all invited.
Together with several key senior officials from the government offices that had to do with technology. A few out-of-state public officers and military officers were invited.
Invitations to this conference were very exclusive, every single guest invited RSVP.
However, no matter how exclusive something was, it was impossible to completely control who attended.
