The heavy beats reverberate in my head as Marilyn and I step into an arcade shop. As you can guess, the place is bustling with people of various races. We've got Beastkins, elves, dark elves, land nymphs, dragonkin, and many other races, except demons. Yeah, you heard it right, there isn't a single demon here, just like in our kingdom.
But there are a handful of humans scattered around. Despite being in a heated war with us, they still come here to enjoy themselves without a care. Well, it's all thanks to the current peace treaty that's keeping everyone in check. Otherwise, these elves would have wiped them out on sight. Still, it's kind of messed up how they can have so much fun in the enemy's territory after all the despicable things they've done...
*Sigh* Humans. They never change.
