The black clouds churned violently, coiling and twisting like serpents in a frenzy. Lightning crackled within the depths of the clouds, bright arcs of electric blue, silver, and violet tore through the darkness in chaotic flashes.
The air grew heavy and Pamela found it a little bit difficult to breathe. When she noticed this, a solemn light flashed in her eyes.
She knew just how special she was, and she knew that if she found it difficult to breathe, then people like Selene would most likely faint or collapse under this pressure.
