Wang Chao looked at Kelly with a slight smile and asked, "What did I see? Isn't there nothing in your phone?"
Kelly's gaze turned cold. "Do you know what I was talking about? Wang Chao, you better tell me honestly, did you really see the messages I sent?"
Fortunately, she had taken precautions and installed a program on her phone that would automatically destroy any sensitive files or information after ten seconds. That's why Macmillan didn't find anything when he checked her phone.
"I did see it, but I don't know what messages you sent," Wang Chao replied casually.
"Do you think I would believe you?" Kelly's voice was cold.
Everything Wang Chao said matched her actions perfectly. He claimed he wanted to pursue her and made up a story to justify his intrusion, but she couldn't possibly believe such excuses.
