Leila still held her legs as she darted her eyes around. Slowly, she got up and took some steps forward still trying to make sense of the situation. How did she get here? Has she been in the bush all this while? She tried moving and she heard chains rattling. She stared down at her hands and legs to find them chained.
"Oh Leila" she heard the voice of her monster "I'm coming"
Leila's eyes widen. She glanced at the tree behind her. The chains were wrapped around it leading to her hands and legs. She rushed to the tree to find where the lock is. Maybe she could pick it before her monster comes.
Leila fiddled with the chains on the tree, looked around it but not a single lock around. She was able to move to the back of the tree and that was when she noticed something.
The chain ran upward, wrapped a tree and went to another tree repeating the process then trailed further away from where she stood. What was she going to do now?
