Mr Marvin smiled but frowned the next second. He wanted to tell her that his princess did not know he was in the nursing home and when she found out, she took him out and began taking care of him.
He doubted if it would be appropriate to tell Leila that now. She might take it the wrong way, and he is not ready yet to tell her the truth.
Leila glanced at the wall clock and turned to him. "You've missed lunch" she informed him
He shrugged as he said, "You did too"
"At least I had something" pointing to the empty mug "You know you have drugs to take, you should always take your meal" she added, relaxing her waist on the table while crossing her arms
She wanted to laugh as she too had drugs that she needed to take, but she hardly takes them nor does she eat for them.
"Maybe you should have given me some"
