Eva shivered between Xylon's hands as he gently cupped her cheeks.
Tears streamed down her face, her entire being trembling with hurt from the shocking words that had been hurled at her regarding her relationship with Xylon.
She couldn't bring herself to look him in the eyes, her gaze downcast and filled with pain.
"I... I can't believe..." Eva choked out between sobs, her voice raw with emotion. "I never thought..."
Xylon's thumbs brushed softly against her cheeks, his touch tender despite the tumultuous emotions swirling around them.
"I should have killed that bitch."he murmured.
