The Queen's words and the way her voice drifted toward where the Hungry Hogs held Micah could only mean that she had discovered the Hell Restoration Project System. And a person as powerful as the Queen of the Night would only need a glimpse to see through Micah and identify the Hell Restoration Project and its goals.
Since it was something that was supposed to restore Hell to its previous, more stable, and sustainable state, most demons shouldn't have much of a reason to reject it or sabotage the Hell Restoration Project Manager's work.
However, not all demons wanted Hell to regress to its previous strict hierarchy.
