Tineya and Kairon were the first to return.
"Hey, bossman! Do we know what we're up against yet?"
Tineya had a mostly excited expression on her face as she entered the café.
"Partner? Are you sure we're ready for this?"
Kairon wasn't nearly as excited as Tineya. According to Micah, when Kairon had asked what they were up against, it wasn't something they could even fathom. And they hadn't even had time to prepare since he had asked that question, so Kairon didn't have any real hopes of succeeding. But he had made a promise to Micah, so he wasn't planning on backing out. He just wanted to hear Micah's thoughts on the matter.
However, both Kairon and Tineya only had time to step foot inside the café while asking their questions before their brains stopped working.
"Great, you're here."
