"Mhmm. The only way to describe it is soft and sweet."
Rego took another bite as they walked up the stairs. Pride did the same.
"It's not as crispy and crunchy as the others, but it's still delicious."
Rego savored the taste of the apple as he thought about something. Although he found the other, crispier apples tastier, people were bound to have different tastes. So, having multiple options to serve at the café would lead to a more stable customer retention rate in the long run. But with the overwhelming amount of food and apples in Pride's storage, they weren't limited to merely serving cut-up chunks of fruit anymore.
"Ah! We got sidetracked!"
Pride stopped walking up the stairs and almost made Rego bump into him as he realized something.
"Hmm?"
Since Rego still had a bunch of apple in his mouth, he hummed questioningly.
