"It's a localization curse!"
Baldas' confident statement did not do much to tell Micah what it meant. So, when Micah looked at Baldas with a gaze that told him to elaborate, Baldas' complied.
"In short, whoever cursed you will always be able to find you and track you down."
"Hmm. And there's no way to get rid of the curse?"
"Nope. Well, there probably is, but we won't find those kinds of methods anywhere near here. Honestly, your best bet in our current situation is just to get as much pol as possible and hope that you'll be able to overpower the curse."
"But…?"
Micah could tell that Baldas left something unsaid, and instead of waiting for him to continue, Micah urged him on.
"But, by then, it might already be too late."
"Because I've already been tracked down?"
"Yep."
"Huh. That's not very good, is it?"
"It certainly isn't."
