After proposing his deal to Kairon, Micah returned to the headquarters to read through the second half of the list of residents that had now been copied by the clerks. But, as he had expected, there weren't any residents that stood out and caught his attention.
A lot of time had passed while he read through the list, but there was still a while left until the executives would return with the day's profits. So, he decided to take a stroll and investigate a feeling he had gotten after reading through the list of residents and chatting with the clerks still in the office.
Micah stood in front of Potato Pot, the only restaurant in Vanitapolis, with a frown. Although it was the only restaurant, it hardly deserved even that title since the food couldn't be considered proper food meant for human consumption.
