Tineya didn't even try to suppress her enthusiasm as she stood up to take the lead and go to the kitchen. But Micah whistled at her before she could even try to force her way past Rego.
Tineya followed Micah's gaze and saw the table of emptied fruit platters.
"...right."
While Tineya grabbed the table, Micah and the others grabbed the opportunity to get ahead of her and left the balcony. Art intentionally made sure he was behind Rego and Baldas so he could turn around and stick his tongue out to mock Tineya before grinning and catching up to the others.
But Tineya just sighed and used the promise of real, cooked food to stop herself from throwing the table at Art's back. She hoped Micah wasn't so cruel as to stop her from getting a bite even if she did throw it at Art, but she couldn't be sure, especially when he had already taken her pay several times.
