"I will take that as a yes," he asserted with a grin, seemingly unperturbed by any potential reservations Vivian might have had. Allen's confidence, combined with the persistent spark in his eyes, left Vivian in a peculiar state.
"W-Wait!" Vivian stammered, her avatar mirroring the disarray of her thoughts.
Allen, however, appeared impervious to any hesitation. "Just do me a favor," he continued, his tone now gently persuasive. "Get nice snacks for both of us. Healthy or junk food, homemade or delivery, you decide. I won't be picky and let you choose. As long as it makes you happy," he added, injecting a cheerful note into the request.
"B-But—" Vivian stammered, the turbulence of emotions echoing in her voice. Before she could articulate her reservations, Allen swiftly interjected.
