Yora glanced at Greg. "Let's end that conversation. It brings back unpleasant memories," she said firmly, wanting to steer the discussion away from the topic of Allen. She was not comfortable delving into those emotions at the moment.
Shifting her attention back to Mac, Yora suggested, "Can you make it for us?" It wasn't that she didn't want to answer Greg's question, but she couldn't. Deep down, she still yearned for Allen, but Greg's inquiry hinted at the possibility that he had feelings for her. Providing a direct answer might jeopardize their friendship in an instant, and she didn't want that. So, for now, keeping Greg in the gray area, between hot and cold, seemed like the safest choice.
