Villain Ch 1159. Like A Gremlin
The rest of the group exchanged glances, their expressions ranging from confusion to mild amusement.
Larissa was the first to break the awkward silence, rubbing the back of her neck and trying not to cringe. "So... while Shea and Jane's backstories are these tragic, soul-crushing tales, Bella's story is... well, rather stupid."
"Hey!" Bella snapped, glaring at her, though her irritation was quickly undercut by her own frustration with the situation. "It's not stupid. I'm—she's just a brat. Clearly, this little version of me hasn't learned the hard lessons yet."
"Yeah, that's it." Jane smirked, clearly enjoying the drama. "I mean, my backstory is filled with betrayal and death, and Bella's just got a fox running around stealing bells and giggling like a gremlin."
Alice shook her head, trying to suppress a laugh. "Well, every great villain has a rough start, right?"
