The guild leader and his companions immediately sprang into action, readying their weapons and scanning their surroundings for any sign of danger. Confused and on high alert, they approached the bushes where they had seen the player disappear. As they drew closer, their apprehension grew, wondering if they would find themselves ambushed by some unknown enemy.
But what they discovered was even more shocking. Lying in the bushes was the lifeless body of the player they had seen being dragged away. The guild leader's heart sank as he realized that they had arrived too late to save the poor player.
