Villain Ch 1104. Run! Run! Run!
The lighthearted conversation faded into the background. Now it was time to move forward.
Allen led the way, his eyes scanning their surroundings. Once they passed through the doorway and entered the second level of the dungeon, it became immediately clear that this floor was a bit different.
This level was cold and damp, the air thick with moisture. And the same as the previous level, the jagged cliffs of stone towered high above them, narrowing the pathways into precarious walkways that looked as though they could crumble beneath their feet at any moment. Below them was nothing but darkness, a void that seemed to stretch endlessly down, waiting to swallow them whole. And again the purple runes were everywhere, watching them.
"This place feels... different," Larissa muttered, her eyes narrowing as she surveyed the jagged terrain. "More dangerous. More... alive."
