"While I can understand your concern, and moving in a large group would be difficult to surprise the enemies, I think four people against ten demons would be a bit too much," Sabrina furrowed her eyebrows. "Lucy is by far the strongest, and she has a lot of experience fighting them, so we should bring her with us."
Sabrina had a point, and Sigma had a hard time finding a reason to deny that. While he didn't find any since she only said facts, Lucy's underlings found a lot of them. They didn't want to get separated from their master… They looked more like a bunch of morons following the girl they liked. While she was pretty, Lucy had a serious problem with her personality, and that was a huge minus.
"Shut up… we all lost against a single small fry. We don't have the right to act so high-handed," Lucy said, and then everyone went silent. "Until we have the power to fight and win against him in a fair fight, we can't complain… this annoying little… he didn't even use his main weapon. Aren't you ashamed of being unable to force him to do that? Well, I am."
At least Lucy managed to shut them up… thanks to that, Sigma managed to lay down and sleep. He couldn't even eat yet since his jaw wasn't healed. Fortunately, he leveled up his martial arts and Iron skin a bunch of times.

When Sigma woke up the next day, the sun had already risen, and Eclair was healing his jaw. He felt a lot better, but she looked exhausted since she had also healed a bunch of other people.
"... Thanks," Sigma said while finally moving his jaw without feeling like someone was hitting it with a metal bar. "I feel a lot better now."
Eclair silently nodded, and then Sigma got up, feeling that most of his body had already healed. The others were still sleeping, and Lucy's underlings were resting under the nearby trees.
Sigma could see a bunch of earth pots that Sabrina had created with magic, and some of them still had some stew left… It seemed that Ed cooked for everyone. Talking about having so much free time.
In any case, Sigma decided to stretch his legs a bit while walking around, and thanks to it, he had a wonderful idea on how to deal with some powerful enemies like the demons, and soon he began to work on it without alerting the others. If he had more time to work on that, it would be better, but since they were going to move soon, it couldn't be helped.
After two hours, Sigma returned and then saw everyone packing their things after they finished their breakfast. Some of her underlings were trying to say goodbye as if they weren't going to see her anymore, and some were even crying.
"What a weird bunch…" Sigma furrowed his eyebrows.
Lucy punches those who cried in the face, but they still leave the area looking pretty happy. They were more than a weird bunch… they were a bunch that needed to be avoided.
"We are ready to go, Sigma," Ed said. "The only problem is that Lucy and her underlings don't have any horses. We will have to slow down a bit since even the horses don't have enough room to carry three people. I will check the path ahead with the mirror while Eclair and Lucy ride Striker."
"I can walk on my own, and it isn't a large distance," Lucy declared while raising her voice.
"Striker?" Sigma asked while ignoring Lucy's declaration.
"That horse is mine now, so I decided to name him Striker," Ed said while he caressed the mane of the massive horse. "They are helping us, so we should treat them like real companions."
While Sigma was thankful for their help, he didn't want to get that chummy with the horses. There was no telling what might happen with them on that journey, after all. Sigma didn't have time or the leisure to get emotional over anything before he found Saria.
"If you aren't going to give him a name, then I will call him Sunshine," Sabrina proudly said.
"Sunshine…" Sigma said and then sighed.
Sigma had a lot more names in his head that would fit a battle horse way more than sunshine, but he decided to keep quiet about it. Still, it would be a bit troublesome if the horse stayed with them for a long time, and people eventually learned that the name of his horse was sunshine. Again, he discarded the thought since it didn't matter what others thought of him.
After a while, the group began to move once all of the other grunts had left the area. They thought that they would have a lot of peace for a day or two, but soon they found some weird creatures flying in the sky a few kilometers ahead.
"They are the frozen skeletons, and they are being controlled by the demons," Lucy declared.
