"Can you stop staring at me?" Song Yuan snapped at Bogsu as they went deeper into the valley.
"Why? Are you scared of the dark? Do you regret this?" Bogsu asked laughing Song Yuan.
"Just stop staring at me."Song Yuan stated trying to keep his cool as he needed to be calm just in case of any surprise ambush.
"You should be honoured that I'm staring at you, don't be such a dick head, do you know how many would wish for me to stare at them but, wait a minute." Bogsu paused as she looked intensely at a particular place, her hand slowly slipping to the leather she had tied to her legs filled with needles in case she needed them.
In a blink of an eye, groans were heard from the dark area that Bogsu was fixated on causing Song Yuan to pause.
"What was that?" Song Yuan asked stopping his horse as he turned back to look at Bogsu questionably.
"Well, I have sharp senses so I knew that they were there." She said shrugging not wanting to explain further.
"I guess this is their so called ambush plan, it's pathetic though." She added shaking her head like it was a pity.
"I'm surprised you actually figured our plan out before we could to yours, seems our spy was useless, after all we are going against the great General Yuan and whoever this is." A voice sounded from the dark.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" Bogsu asked obviously annoyed at how he addressed her.
Alice also realised a grunt in disapproval.
"I'm sorry miss, I don't think I'm supposed to know you." The voice said plainly, Bogsu ears became red as she felt angered with whoever it was behind the shadows while Song Yuan some how felt happy to see Bogsu being put in her place due to her arrogance.
"It seems you don't know my identity, do you?" Bogsu asked her voice suddenly becoming cold as she sounded serious.
Song Yuan was a little bit surprised hearing that tone from Bogsu as he furrowed his brows looking at her direction in silence, he wanted to know what she would do next.
"A little birdie told us that your army would pass this route, why the sudden change of mind." The voice asked with curiosity, although this was none of his business, his work was just to kill the Generals as ordered then go support the rest in the battle.
As soon as the spy got a message that they were changing route, he sent a bird over and the Min nation army started moving directly to the battle field so as not to be caught unawares.
"I'm still actually surprised that you think you can take us down." Bogsu scoffed, "Well I don't know about Mr serious here but I don't think you can take me down so better give up." Bogsu said referring to Song Yuan.
Song Yuan felt his eyes twitch hearing Bogsu address him like that while he was still there, could she be anymore arrogant, he wondered amazed.
"Well then, enough with the back and forth, I'm a nameless assassin, and I have been sent to guide you to the afterlife." A young man introduced stepping out of the light, Bogsu was stunned at the built of the man before her.
He looked skinny and pale as he wore yellow robes and a blue ribbon which tied his hair into a donut dropping on his shoulders.
There was a sword sheathe on his waist and the scabbard was made with extremely fine leather, other than that the only thing he held using it to fan himself once in a while.
Bogsu stared at the man before bursting into laughter, "What's with all the yellow?" Bogsu asked as she tried to hold in her laughter, the only colour that was different on him was his ribbon, even his fan was yellow, the dude was indeed a weirdo.
"What's wrong with yellow?" The nameless assassin asked as he raised his arms looking at his clothes carefully in case he had missed something.
Song Yuan inwardly shook his head as he sighed as he knew what would come out of Bogsu's mouth next could annoy the enemy and he was not wrong because Bogsu did not disappoint at all.
"Well, of course nothing is wrong with yellow, just that you look like the sun pooped you out by force." Bogsu snorted disrespectfully as she continued eyeing the assassin who seemed somehow angered by her remark.
"And also what do you want to do with that fan, blow me to death?" Bogsu asked with a raised eyebrow staring at the assassin, it was then he snapped.
"Who do you think you are running your mouth like that!! You are definitely going to pay." The assassin yelled launching an attack with full strength and ability.
He did not bother with Song Yuan yet because he believed he was too fast for the arrogant woman and Song Yuan to catch up with his speed but to his surprise, before his kick could even land, Bogsu did not even bother dodging it but just raised her hands to block it as she glared at the shocked assassin coldly.
"I told you that I'm not simple as you think, oi General Yuan what do you think?" Bogsu asked still holding on to the struggling assassin leg.
"Don't drag me into this." Song Yuan sighed massaging his forehead lightly, he was not really in the mood of dealing with Bogsu shenanigans today.
Thee assassin finally managed to free himself from Bogsu's grip and he immediately jumped away from her panting heavily.
The assassin glared at Bogsu angrily trying to scrunitize her deeply, it was then he noticed that the delicate looking woman was not really as simple as it seems.
She sat there on the tiger with tranquility and enjoyment written on her face as she just sat there waiting for his next action.
Realization hit the assassin and immediately he took his sword drawing it out, it was time for him to get serious.
