"I can't believe repairing and cleaning up everything took that long. Jeebus!"
Zhu Jiao muttered under his breath as he squinted from the bright sunlight that was stinging his eyes. He thought about how he had spent the month and he shuddered.
---
He had spent a good 3 weeks lazing around before heading into his
He spent a good week cleaning up and restoring all the broken shards of equipment he had picked up with his eyes lighting up blue.
An ability that manifested when he was just a young child, when he was playing with his favourite action figure, his immense strength accidentally snapped it in half. He was devastated, but holding it up he managed to restore everything back together. Needless to say, be it Humpty dumpty or all the king's men, he will put everything back together again.
After the restoration of the items, he still felt that there had been a considerable amount of rust and dust building up, it sent chills down his spine knowing that he would store something in his immaculate warehouse, so he did what any logical person would do. Clean it up nicely, but why would he even do it normally?
His eyes once again lit up with a blue hue,
This ability manifested when his mother confiscated his mangas, forcing him to do his chores before he started to play again. "He needs to learn responsibilities" is what his mother said. With that, his ability manifested, magically cleaning everything that needs to be cleaned and whenever he uses this ability, any trash that he lays out just vanishes. No one knows where the trash goes, but it just vanishes.
After cleaning up everything, he looked around and sighed, he still needed to categorise and sort everything. He needed to find out the weight, the purpose and all sorts of details before he could find a place to store it. This is one of the problems with his OCD.
Picking up the first piece of an item he stared intently at the item, he focused on it for a while, but nothing happened, prompting him to knock the side of his head a few times before his eyes lit up in blue.
This ability manifested when he was younger playing a trading card game, he was too lazy to fully go into details to read the stats, so his
"There we go, it's working again!" Zhu Jiao smiled as he started to look at the item. No one said that an Esper's ability is infallible, sometimes they malfunction too.
Squinting his eyes the stats of the item popped up in front of him.
[Dragon slaying blade, contains martial art, Dragonslayer on the surface of the blade]
"Mm, so it's a weapon + a skill book, I don't have a hybrid section yet, I'll have to settle it later."
[Hidden Tiger Armour, light armour that is flexible that is hidden under the robes]
"Armor, to the left"
[Cursed spear of the demon, A demon is residing within this spear, it's offensive power is strong, but the user will lose control and their mind will be affected]
Holding the spear in his right arm he heard a voice enter his ear,
"Foolish human, do you desire power? I will grant you all the power in the world, you need to feed me blood. You will have power overwhelming!"
Zhu Jiao stared at the spear for a bit, his eyes looking vacant as ever. Before finally walking over to a large crate and slotting it into the crate
"Cursed weapon… into the cursed weapon crate"
"Foolish human! You dare leave me in a crate? Do you think your mental state is very strong? You will come back to use me eventually hahahahaha!"
The cursed spear started to shout trying to get the attention of Zhu Jiao.
"Hey, new guy! Keep it down!" A voice whispered to the cursed spear.
"Who dares to talk to this demon spear."
"Yeah yeah, you're a cursed weapon, we're all cursed weapons. But if you speak too loud we'll all get punished, so please please keep it down and just go hibernate or something." The voice spoke quickly and quietly
"Hmph, this demon spear has been around for thousands of years, what being dares to deliver punishment on me?"
A glow of light shined down beside the crate as a silhouette appeared.
"New guy! It's all your fault! He's here now!" The other voices in the crate started scolding as the silhouette solidified.
"This demon spear isn't afraid of anyone, maybe I can corrupt this being hahahahaha" The cursed spear got lost in its own thoughts as it started to laugh uncontrollably.
The silhouette showed itself, it was a spirit monk that was shining golden with a Buddhist cassock wrapped around him.
"Oh… We have a new friend here and he seems like he's willing to speak, come, new friend, tell me all about your problems and the issues that you have. Let me know your thoughts."
"Foolish Bei…" The cursed spear tried to speak but he was cut off halfway by the spirit monk.
"Little demon spear, you need to know that … Anyway, in this world there are …."
The spirit monk continued speaking every word like a bullet striking the poor demon spear.
Meanwhile, Zhu Jiao was focusing on sorting out the items, putting them in separate piles before classifying them again.
A week has passed as Zhu Jiao finally finished sorting out his storage. He walked past the crate of cursed weapons and noticed that the cursed spear had calmed down and decided not to speak anymore. Satisfied he nodded his head as he walked towards the exit.

Finally taking a step out of his room, he walked towards the inner disciple main hall to see if he could take the test already, it had already been 1 month after all.
Stepping out of his area, he noticed a group of guys standing over a fat kid kicking him. One of the burly guys turned his head as he noticed Zhu Jiao walking by.
"You!"
