The next morning, Ghost woke up and immediately returned to the ranch. When he arrived, most of the group had already awoken and were preparing for the day.
"Edol! When I was watching the house last night, I saw cultists there. One of them was Seph's father. Our previous plan of attack should work, with a few changes. I listened in on their knocking code, so we might be able to use it to ambush whoever gets the door."
Edol quickly went around relaying the new info to the rest of the team.
"Hey, has anyone seen Lod? I didn't stay up to wait for him last night, but he said he would be here just after dark, right?"
When they were getting ready, there was one person missing from the group. Lod, who'd gone to pick up his gear from a nearby inn the previous night, didn't seem to be present at the ranch.
"Edol, do you know what time it was that Ghost saw the cultists last night?"
