A week passed in Edain.
Strangely, after all of the chaos at the start of the week, everything seemed to calm down. Easthill's guards hadn't taken long to put out all of the raging fires, and their remaining officials rushed to take hold of the city once more. Most of the head advisors had been killed overnight, forcing the remaining ones to step up and take charge.
It was the remaining ranch-stable masters who were now managing the city's main affairs. The job that would've previously been done by a huge team of experienced people now fell onto these men and their assistants.
Along with killing off the city's administrator, many of the regular workers within the city's official builds had also been killed.
News of the manner of the murders was impossible to keep under wraps.
It hadn't been a sudden invasion of the city's administrative building that ended the lives of the workers or the administrator.
