After accepting Ghost, Willow turned and patted the bird's head.
"Alright, Nibbles. It'll be you and me for a while."
"Oi, Edol. What do you reckon Willow will be like, with no humans around?"
Edol turned to look at Ghost, trying to figure out what he was asking about.
"Do you think she's quiet? I mean, there won't be anyone around to talk to. She didn't really shut up the entire journey here, and somehow, I feel it will be the same on this trip."
Edol conjured up the image of Willow chatting with Pepper and Ghost in his head. The image fit.
"Yea, she'll probably keep talking to you."
Edol grinned.
"Think it'll get old?"
"No. It's actually a bit nostalgic. One of my brothers would always talk when we traveled..."
Ghost's voice trailed off, his sharp eyes moistening.
"..."
"Heh. Your face looks extra punchable right now."
"???"
