Emperor Freud had a lot of baggage.
Having been orphaned at a very young age, his grandfather, the former Emperor of Mathema, had raised him in a time of rapid expansion and, in time, a defensive war against the Empire's numerous enemies. It wouldn't have been that much of a problem seeing as he had grown up having a deep sense of duty to his realm and subjects, but he'd guessed that the prejudice he held against whoever struck his ire had taken a lot of unnecessary energy both from him and from his loyal subjects.
