Chereads / My Wife brought a Girl Home / Chapter 6 - Let's talk tomorrow

Chapter 6 - Let's talk tomorrow

—Shogo Household; Middle Claw, Columbis City; Lanima Region

"What? Wait, I could've sworn I was expecting a man after seeing her clothes on the ground, is this something girls do on girl's night?" Guzan thought, holding his head due to the confusion.

As Gogo was about to stand up and head towards his side, Guzan felt dizzy due to exhaustion and hunger, as he uses all his remaining energy to shout "I'm home" after entering their house, seeing his wife in such a state made him lose more energy than gain some.

"Sht… too tired to think right now," Guzan mumbled as he heads inside their room.

"Guzan, I can explain!" Gogo—Guzan's wife, shouted, wanting to justify herself.

"Good… let's talk tomorrow, I'm too tired. Wear something, it's cold…" Guzan responded, he then locks himself inside their room, subconsciously thinking Gogo has a key.

But no, she left it inside because she just arrived home like him.

A minute after Guzan entered their room, Gogo knocked on the door.

"Guzan, I forgot my keys inside," Gogo said, trying not to shout.

"It's useless, he's probably very angry, I know he's good at hiding his feelings, especially at times like this," Gogo thought.

He's not, he's just tired to make emotions…

"I'm very sorry, Ogo," Raki apologized.

After a couple of minutes of silence.

"My name is Gogo, call me Gogo." Gogo faced her, "I understand your situation since you're drunk, I'm glad you're sobered up now. Want some water?" She asked her.

She then went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water, Gogo then gave Raki the glass of water.

"No, it's on me too since I'm not a well-adjusted person when I'm drunk, a very contrast to my sober self and when I'm at work," Raki said, feeling responsible about what happened.

"Not to pry in so much but, are you lesbian? Or bisexual? Or something?" Gogo asked her.

"I'm bisexual, I want to, of course, mate to continue our lineage, that is what my parents want, at the same time, I like girls…" Raki answered, embarrassed about it.

"That's something to learn about her, I like it," Gogo thought.

"Haha, I'm only interested as an artist, knowing more about the subject I'm drawing makes me draw far better than normal, and because I idolize you like that, I wanted to learn more, I just hope Guzan understands," Gogo responded.

Raki took out her phone. "Let's not sound hopeless, I'll stay here for the night to help explain to your husband, I'll let my manager know where I am first," she said.

"Is it okay? Don't you have any work for tomorrow?" Gogo asked, worried.

"My work for tomorrow starts at noon so everything will be fine," Raki answered, reassuring her worries.

"Okay, I'll prepare the guest room for you, it's not the best room but it's clean so do not worry, we clean it regularly," Gogo said, standing up as she takes Raki to their guest room.

When they went there, she opened the lights.

"It's not bad, small but that's not the worst thing in the world, also, call me Araki, that's my real name since you told me yours," Raki said, entering the guest room and sitting on the bed.

"Is it okay to call you that?" Gogo asked her.

"Yeah," Araki answered.

Gogo then sat down next to Araki

"What did your manager say?" Gogo asked her.

"She said it's fine, can I tell her your address so that the guards that were supposed to look after me can actually guard me? She said they lost us after we left the Rannel Dines, I don't even know where we are actually," Araki answered, asking her.

"Sure, it's 4751 Gajani Street, we're in Middle Claw right now, I'm sorry for taking you here without your permission, you were asleep and I can't contact your manager since I forgot to ask her number," Gogo answered, apologizing to her.

Raki put her phone down afterward. "It's fine, it's on me for being drunk and unconscious, I even took advantage of you, I can't believe that…" Araki said, covering her face from the embarrassment.

"Come on, it's not the worst thing you've done, plus, I'm not the type to be caught up and absorbed by something like that, I can control myself since I'm an adult," Gogo responded, easing Raki's mind.

"Are you sure? I'm still a total stranger to you, what you probably know about me is the things I've shown in the public, you know?" Araki asked, reassuring himself.

"Of course, you're not a stranger to me anymore since I've seen a different side of you from the things you have shown in the public, that's more than enough for me to think that," Gogo answered, reassuring her.

Gogo then stood up and was about to leave the guest room.

"Oh, also, you're my reference to almost all my drawings, clothed or nude," Gogo added, teasing her as she leaves her in the room.

"Nude?!" Araki was surprised.

Afterward, Araki slept in the guest room, and Gogo slept in the living room, luckily, their couch can transform into a bed, they bought it just in case more guests visit them, though they didn't expect to use it first.

And the tomorrow arrived, Gogo woke up first to make breakfast, and Guzan was second to wake up.

"Guzan," Gogo called.

"Good morning," Guzan greeted her as he sits in the chair in the dining room.

"It must've been a bad dream, she's with someone last night, that's just me being too tired, I must've shouted at her too without noticing," Guzan thought.

"I hope you didn't forget what happened last night, I wanted to discuss that before she wakes up," Gogo said, sitting next to Guzan.

"Before she wakes up? Last night?" Guzan thought, confused about what Gogo is saying.

Gogo then told him what happened last night, what happened.

"I'm too tired to even remember, did I really say that?" Guzan asked, still surprised about what happened last night.

"Yeah, I thought you were angry last night, you were just tired and exhausted, also, I forgot my keys to the room inside, that's why I slept here," Gogo answered.

"So, the girl she's with was drunk, she took her home since she doesn't know where she lives and she doesn't know the contacts of her manager, and took advantage of her, fortunately, she was able to stop her," Guzan thought.

"Who is she? What's her name?" Guzan asked Gogo.

"Her name is Araki, she's the Raki Kada that I keep telling you, the model," Gogo answered.

"Model? The Raki Kada? How did you end up taking her here? What actually happened?" Guzan asked, surprised about it.

"That's why she has a manager, I thought she has a normal job… and Raki is a she? He looks manlier than me!" Guzan thought, surprised by her gender.

"Yesterday, when I was done cleaning the house and my work, I was invited to her meetup convention by my friend, she then recognized me as the artist that drew her a lot, so she invited me to stay behind the crew, she wanted to hire me for her new line of work in the industry," Gogo replied, answering Guzan's question.

"What work did she offer? I'm sure it's not just drawing her since she's pretty outgoing in her job," Guzan asked.

"I'm well aware of what she's doing in the artist industry but it's surprising she called Gogo for one of them," Guzan thought.

"It's not that grandiose, she wants me to draw her and then she wants me to be included in a photo shoot where I'm not in focus, only her and my drawing of her, at first, I was shocked that she wants me in it," Gogo replied, answering his question.

"Yeah, I know you can if you're not in focus, which is surprising since you know that aspect of photography," Guzan responded.

"Of course, I know that! You don't need a degree to master it, tutorials online are available, I even learned my digital arts online," Gogo said.

"You took Fine Arts, you didn't even have fun on that," Guzan followed.

"Yeah, since most of the things they taught you, don't even apply to real work, I had to look at them online, which svcks since Fine Arts are expensive," Gogo said, complaining.

"This tangent is something else, I guess there's nothing to worry about if this person is someone she knows from the heart, and she's a girl so if I told her to stop seeing her, it's like I'm preventing Gogo to meet her friend to a girl's night," Guzan thought.

"Well, we're done with it already so why complain now, I'm gonna take a shower, wake her up so that I can talk to her," Guzan responded, standing up from his chair to get some clothes and go to the bathroom.

Gogo then headed to the guest room to wake up Araki.
