I should greet you yesterday March 1st when I first published my newest, fifth book for WebNovel Spirity Award 2023. Unfortunately, I can barely see right now. My left eye is swollen... lucky that I still have some chapters in the draft.

Get Rid of Him stemmed as a tiny idea even before I started writing For Our Happier Path. I personally discussed it with a few readers but, knowing that this will be a more challenging story for me, I pushed the idea and wrote For Our Happier Path instead.

My new FL here, Liliana Xin was a neglected wife of Asher Shen. Realizing that she was never in his heart, she was determined to leave her first love behind even though it broke her heart.

This will be a more slow-burn romance than my previous books because Liliana Xin's new focus after divorce won't be love but, building her own life where she would be loving and putting herself first.

Would there be revenge? Yes. But, I still emphasize healing and redemption in this book.

I'm using a temporary cover for now. I deliberately edited the cover to kinda cracked over the man's face, befitting the title of Liliana getting rid of her first love. I can't wait to show the commissioned cover for this book!

All in all, I really really really hope I can perfectly convey the story I have in my mind through my writing. I'll be writing Get Rid of Him alongside For Our Happier Path now, the latter has reached the middle of the story.
