''Her grace couldn't be the culprit, right Olivia?"
''His grace is with her at the moment. Don't worry, Madam, the duke will give you and the young master the justice you both deserve,'' Olivia said as she combed through the damp golden locks of Annalise, who sat in front of the dressing mirror.
''You think the duchess is the culprit? But why do such a thing? Dante already told me that her child will be his heir.'' Annalise looked at how Olivia used two pretty hairpins to hold the bangs on both sides. She might have seduced the duke, but she did not want his heir position. That position rightfully belongs to the duchess's child, and her master never told go after that.
''Madam, you are too kind. It is unfortunate that the duchess can never understand your heart.'' Olivia shook her head after she was done styling annalise's hair.
''Yeah, it's unfortunate.'' Annalise smiled sadly.
Seeing her kind mistress sad, Olivia did not like it and tried to cheer her up.
