Chereads / Yang Rai (Martial Peak) / Chapter 181 - 181

Chapter 181 - 181

Yang Rai stopped keeping count of the Generators he had now since he put a Soul clone in charge of making more. He now had many dozens of these soul clones, rather it was nearing 200 of them. Each of them was about as powerful as a multiple 9th Rank Open Heaven Realms. Now with them constantly managing the Artifact worlds' growths he no longer needed to bother keeping track of it.

This was a good thing. His Knowledge Sea would constantly keep expanding the more he learned about the world. At some points it would get difficult and rather uncomfortable. He really needed to advance his realm. But the more he tempered himself the more he could contain it. He never had a need to go higher. Even now it was just discomfort that would pass in a couple of minutes.

Couple of minutes later just like he thought the discomfort faded and quickly the capacity of his Knowledge Sea expanded. All from a few moments cultivating in the Cultivation Spring.

The time was up and like clock work he made sure to finish up officially taking in new wives. While his kids went to do their own things.

He had finished a key thing needed to make the construction easier. The soul clones will take care of everything for a while. This gave him the ability to preside over official Sect selections and competitions. Both in High Heaven Palace and Void Land. Though he did his best to have all the competitions to be held here in Starboundary. It just made things easier for him.

There were many hopeful people who loved bringing in new techniques and things of the like. While he did this he noticed that his Dao Seals kept increasing in number. Slowly reaching the pinnacle and completing 3000 Dao Seals.

"Wait. I have 3000 Seals? Then? What about the other one they are inside of?"

He whispered to himself while watching a match between 2 Dao Source realms. This match was an example of what it meant to become a Dao source. It wasn't particularly interesting. However as Palace Master he must maintain a watchful eye over the progress of each and every Disciple. He makes a point to do this. It makes it way easier deciding what jobs or tasks they would be suitable for.

"Chief Manager must have it rough. I must apologize and reward you for putting up with this."

"There is no need, Palace Master. I like my job."

"I see, well then. Let me put it to you this way. I have a hard time believing this is the best they can do. Go ahead and spice it up, give the one who performs best 3 days in the Cultivation Spring and the other 1 day. But don't tell them the 1 day part."

The both of the Cultivators upon hearing the new stakes on their match were now giving it some more vigor. This was even more upsetting though. They only knew how to fight for rewards. Not how to survive or to protect others. None knew what living and dying together meant.
