"I'd like to know what's happened in recent events. By the way, where is my brother?"
"Your brother went to an auction house in search of high ranking materials."
"I see, has there been anything of significance?"
"Well, I'll be heading back into seclusion to continue working on some things. Oh, can you arrange for me to receive one of those trees for each element?"
"Uh… that might be tough. There was a lot of damage."
"Hmm in that case could I get some other resources of all types?"
"I'm afraid I'll have to say I can't do that. Yang Kai ordered that no one can receive resources for the moment aside from the great emperors. And they have to earn them as well. Is there some reason why you need them?"
"I don't need them yet but it would be nice to find some different ones, than these ones."
Yang Rai pulled out a set of 3rd rank resources. Along with the extra yin and yang elements. Yue He looked at them and couldn't bring herself to ask how he acquired the resources in front of her now. She inspected the resources and found out that they were at the peak of the third rank. She began thinking about what Yang Rai had asked her. Yue He then remembered that there was no way for him to acquire resources, much less a full set that harmonized with each other.
"How did you manage to acquire these resources?"
"I can't tell you yet. What is your opinion on these ones?"
"They harmonize well with each other. A cultivator would have an easier time refining these into their Dao Seal. it might not be as easy as a rank 2 set but it certainly wouldn't be as hard as a full set of rank 3."
"I see. You can have this set. I hope that when I come out next time I'll have something good to show you."
"There are some in void land right now that need third rank resources. I won't ask how you managed this again just… Is there a stable supply?"
"I can't say for certain. I'd like to say so but as I'm still researching it is too early."
"Do you have more right now that you're willing to spare?"
"I could spare a total of 8 sets. I'll give them to you if you can find another set of materials that harmonize with each other. It doesn't have to be now of course, just when you find them is fine."
"I'll do my best. To search for it."
"I'll trust you. Here are the resources. When the task is finished I'll give you something else that should be of great benefit to you. But for now I'd like to focus on research. That reminds me there was something called the gourd vine that produced 5th rank materials. If possible I'd like a set of those when a chance comes."
"I can do that. I have to ask though, will you need 2 yin and yang?"
"Likely so, don't worry about making it to me. After all I'm still a 3rd Order Emperor."
"Alright, I'll take a look and see what I can do."
