Panting, Zenon got up from the ashen beach while cleaning his Solis Vines. They were somewhat eaten but the damage was minimal compared to what the slimes could even do.
Checking for any wounds, Zenon was surprised to see that he only had some scratches on his neck and shoulder.
"At least I'm getting faster at predicting their attacks. This week has served me really well."
Stretching his arms, Zenon walked towards Aurea who was on top of a rock, her Wyvern's Fate covered in some dissolved slimes.
The strategy was extremely simple. Zenon was the main form of attack against this Layer Beast so he focused on attracting their attention before launching himself against the slimes.
It didn't matter if the group was over three Layer Beasts, as long as he had a layer of void around his body he was mostly safe from any danger.
