They stared at each other for some time before looking forward to the massive tree hundreds of meters in front of them.
While Zenon still had a lot of unanswered questions, he was enjoying the sense of relief after telling Valeria what he felt for a long time. It seems like she was enjoying it too.
After a while, Valeria sighed with a "Well," and got up from her seat. She then looked at Zenon and said.
"Why have we gotten that emotional? Ugh… I thought we were better than this!"

"And I wanted to! But not this melodramatic scenario… fucking hell, Zenon," The boy smiled, hearing once again the catchphrase of her dear friend. "I thought you were going to burst out crying at any second."
He waved his hand.
"Nah, I haven't gotten that soft."
