The sharp, pointed shards pierced the grotesque creature's skin. It raised its remaining arm to protect its head from the icicles, but it was not enough to defend its back. It turned into a porcupine, with blood oozing out from every wound, dripping slowly at its frozen white fur.
But it was not the end of Ruq's attack; she raised her hand, and a giant sword made of ice formed above the monster's head.
Upon sensing the danger, the ice giant stomped with its right foot, causing the ground to shake, hoping for the woman to lose her balance. However, Ruq walked her way upward, stepping on the platforms of energy she created.
Then, as she moved her hand downward, the sword plunged into the creature's head, splitting its whole body into two.
"That was easy," Ruq whispered, then she turned around.
