"Are you okay?" Dora asked as she stood a few meters away.
Dean looked at her but he didn't respond right away.
After taking in several deep breaths, he finally regained his composure.
Looking at Dora coldly, he didn't respond to her previous question and instead ordered, "Get prepared! We are going to cause some mayhem."
Surprisingly enough, after punishing Dean, the system didn't attempt to force him to convert Dora again.
In fact, when Dean asked if she could be teleported with him, the system accepted without any hesitation.
He could store his followers, whether undead, specters, or even greater demons in his death space. But he couldn't do the same to Dora for reasons that are obvious.
Stretching his right hand out, Dean brought out the villagers he had corrupted in groups of ten.
In total, the villagers he corrupted numbered about seven hundred.
The death space was about a thousand cubic meters in size and was enough to contain them all. It even had enough space for several hundred. That was just how large it was.
He handed every villager that knelt before him a devil seed.
However, after handing it out to about fifty villagers, he exhausted all the devil seeds he had painstakingly created.
However, Dean didn't fret as he had made a pleasant discovery.
After teaching Rock the technique to create devil seeds, he was surprised to find out that it worked.
Although, it took Rock an entire day to create one devil seed.
While he continued to create more devil seeds due to the time constraint, Rock took it upon himself to teach the villagers.
However, he discovered that while the villagers could also create the devil seed, the process was simply too slow.
None of them were able to create one before the three days deadline but after estimating their speed, Rock found out that it would take on average one week for a villager to create devil seed.
He guessed it was due to their low cultivation level.
However, that discovery was more than enough for Dean.
In fact, upon hearing the news, a rare smile lit his face.
This would make his mission far easier.
Dean was about to release the last ten groups when Rock flashed beside him before kneeling.
"My Lord! I have completed the mission you gave me."
"Wait!"
Rock didn't dare to talk again. Throughout this time, Dora stood behind Dean as she watched him summon the villagers she had lived with in silence.
She was curious about how his powers worked but she was similarly smart enough to realize that she couldn't just up and ask about his secrets.
Dora watched Dean summon the last group and coincidentally her former mother was among them.
As she saw her mother kneel respectfully before Dean, a complicated expression graced her face.
No matter what, this woman had taken care of her for almost four years. But Dora didn't dare to ask Dean to release her.
Even though she was also the quiet type, she had made several attempts to start a conversation with Dean whenever she had the chance, but Dean ignored her.
She was pulled out of her thoughts when Dean's voice drifted into her ears.
"Move out of the city."
"You must not move together. Slowly integrate with the people of this world, and demonize as much as you can. This mission must be carried out as stealthily as possible."
"Yes!" They all responded before moving out in different directions.
After sending out the last group, Dean finally shifted his gaze to the still-kneeling Rock.
"Go on!"
"My Lord, this city is a merchant city. It was created more for business purposes and doesn't hold any real power in the major kingdoms. The civilians are barely ten thousand. Also, the city lord is quite weak and is only in the early-level master realm."
"Finally…"
Dean clenched both of his hands, as he had finally finished all his preparations.
It was finally time for his revenge.
Looking at the still kneeling Rock, Dean spoke…
"Move out! Demonize anyone in sight!"
"Yes!"
Rock disappeared before him and soon after painful shrieks and scared cries echoed out.
Dean looked at Dora before ordering in a deep voice, "Follow behind me!"
Dora nodded silently before the two finally left the alley. Dean saw Rock grab the neck of anybody around him be it a man, woman, or child before engulfing them in evil energy.
No matter how they resisted, they all ended up in the same situation.
After releasing them, the now demonized people would appear crazed before attacking anybody in sight.
Of course, they didn't attack Rock or each other as they could sense the evil energy in their bodies.
These were lesser demons.
They had no will, and all they knew was to kill any living being that was yet to be corrupted.
The entire place turned into pure chaos as the people who saw what was happening screamed before running away in fear.
As Dean walked a bit behind Rock, he whispered...
"Too slow!"
Suddenly, a cloud of evil energy burst out with Dean at the center. The evil energy avoided Dora before spreading out in all directions.
Soon enough, they spread out far from Dean and Dora's sight.
In Just a little while, it would cover the entire city
All that was engulfed screamed before going still.
"Arthur! It is time to pay!"
Looking in the direction Arthur, Mia, and Rita had left, Dean suddenly disappeared.
