Kurt was about to say something, his eyes wide in shock as he recognized his mom's scream, when Jenna basically shoved her index finger over his lips.
"Shh!" She whispered. "I'm going downstairs to check, you stay here. Also, there's a piece of paper inside the envelope, if you haven't noticed."
Kurt frowned, but kept quiet as Jenna got up and left his room.
He looked at the envelope from which he had taken the SD card, and to his surprise, there was, indeed, a piece of paper inside it.
'How did she notice it?' his brow went up as he took the piece of paper out.
It ended up being a whole paper sheet. But it was folded a few times, just not enough to make too much of a considerable volume in the envelope.
As Kurt unfolded the paper, his heart beat faster, his mind split between the contents of the page and what was happening downstairs.
