*Sienna's POV*
*Chapter Warning Rated R Content*
Plight and I left that morning. I could tell he didn't wish to leave Sarial's side, but he also didn't wish to send me by myself. I couldn't bring myself to argue against him coming with me. So, we'd gone together.
Tyra had contacted us, almost immediately after we had left. Telling us about the prisoners she'd freed and released nearby. She wasn't sure what to do with them, but Plight suggested we invite them to Sarial's town, if they had no way to return home.
With that suggestion, we landed near the barn, Bellam was a pegasus currently, that Tyra had indicated. After meeting them, we ended up taking none with us. Just giving some money for them to be able to travel with food, or by cart, back to their homes. Several lived around villages next to the mountain range near the Capital. The others lived in villages nearby, or chose to stay and try and work these farms.
With that handled, we rode on. After several hours, Plight had gotten stiff and sore. He is unaccustomed to riding and needed a break, so we'd go on a hunt, we'd decided.
We ventured into the trees, I had my longbow strung and ready, while Plight had his hammer ready. We spent a couple of hours walking into the trees, good thing I'd dismissed Bellam because I didn't know how long we'd take. But it felt like we'd entered a nearly lifeless zone.
I didn't want to split up, but we seemed to have to. We were both being deathly quiet as we'd gone. It wasn't unusual to me for there to be an area this silent around.
Honestly, perhaps if I was autumn aspect, like Alexion often is, I would've picked up on the change in the air. It felt electrified with energy suddenly and vines suddenly tangled my legs. I cried out in alarm as I was jerked up like a doll and dangled thirty feet in the air.
Plight, alarmed, had tried to help me, but I was already snatched up by then. Just like that, he was swarmed by hobgoblins. I'd dropped my bow when the vines had taken me, so my hands were free to try to free myself.
I Firebolted the vines that grasped me, watching in horror as Plight swung his hammer at his assailants and they slashed into him. As he dropped to the ground, I cried out his name, fey stepping to him. I grabbed his fallen body, worried, unsure what to do for him, as my healings wouldn't work.
A hobgoblin raised his sword and struck me, ":Leave us in peace!:" I cried out in goblin.
The captain paused the assault to ask, ":You speak our language?:"
I didn't respond, tears rolling down my face. My hair and skin took on a pale blue tint. As I started to look at Plight, to try to help him, some way, in any way, he moved. His teeth tore into my neck, agonizingly, he drank deeply of my blood, as his arms encircled me.
I quickly began to feel horribly weak. My arms dropped from him, and my body went numb. I felt like I was heavy, weight down, and yet drifting in air. I understood, he'd released me, and my body had dropped, but I had no way of doing anything. My wounds did not bleed. I did not have the blood left for that.
I noticed, vaguely, that Plight's eyes were on me, no. Those are not gentle Plight's lovely green eyes. Those eyes are black, cold and amused. He stood and turned to the hobgoblins, and my traitor eyelids closed.
A moment later the hobgoblins had shrieked, followed by a tearing sound, then footsteps lightly fell. Coming towards me in the silence. Then a hand touched my face, "Wakey, wake up, little protector." A very not Plight voice taunted.
When I managed to open my eyes again, there was blood everywhere. And this thing wearing Plight was crouched and looking down on me.
"Ah, there she is." He said, smiling toothily.
"You are not Plight." I say.
He placed his hand on his chest, "Well that wounds me. After all our time together, reading.. studying.. you are saying you don't recognize me?" He started reaching towards me, "Let me refresh your memory."
His fingernail pierced my temple, and through the searing pain of it, I saw flashes of all my memories with Plight thus far, only with a dark figure cloaked around Plight. Ever hungry and ready. As the last image ended, he removed his nail and said, "See? I was here all along. Always watching. Always listening to his stupid prattle."
"So, you agree you aren't Plight." I point out, weakly.
"No. I am not Plight. He is my vessel. A simple shell that needs a little work to be ready. And until he is ready, he will need people like you. His little protectors." He said. "Now unfortunately, my vessel is not ready to hold me, so I must be on my way. I do hope you are enjoying your time with him. It will be over soon."
He stood and walked a little ways away, blood then burst from Plight's body and he collapsed once more. I still had no energy, no strength to me, so I watched him helplessly, as he lay in the blood from his body and the hobgoblins.
Tears form easily when I am winter aspect. I hate it. And the hopeless, helpless feelings I was experiencing. After a couple of hours, I finally had recouped enough to crawl over to him. I wrapped my icy arms around him once more, petting him. Shortly after that, he opened his eyes, they were green once more.
"Plight..?" I asked softly, expecting his gentle voice.
"Are you ok?" He asked, his voice hoarse, but normal.
I felt the nearly ice tears start falling once more, I kissed his forehead and said, "I will be ok. Just got to rest."
He slowly, took the necklace he wore, place his hand on my face and healed me. He then moved, rolled to his back, sprawled, and said, "I feel.. like I have been ripped apart... and sewn back together. Why is there so much blood everywhere?"
"Someone took you over. He wasn't you. I hate him. He's a liar. And I hope he heard that." I told him.
Plight's eyes got huge. He said, "Did he hurt you?" He painfully sat up and started looking me over.
I sat up slowly, and said, "I was scared for you."
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-" His voice cut off as he touched my neck where his teeth had been. "Did I bite you?"
"No, he did." I replied, firmly, putting my hand over his. "I am truly ok."
A look of pure rage flashed across his face, only to be quickly replaced by sadness, "I'm sorry, I can't stop him.. when I've lost to much blood... He just takes over and drains whom ever he can. He gets stronger every time. Soon enough, I won't come back." He said.
I wrapped my arms around him. "I'll contact my mother. She may be able to help or do something."
"If she can help remove the ancestor from me.. I wouldn't even know where to begin to repay you or her. I have asked so many people about this curse, but none knew of a solution or even where to look for answers. He has plagued my family for centuries." Plight told me.
"Amile has lived for centuries and served a god of justice in her youth. She should know something." I tell him. "Never indebt yourself to fey, though. We are safe to trust. Amil doesn't care to give warlocks power."
"She truly sounds like someone who may be able to help. If she has lived such a life I wonder if she may know the ancestor. If I can find his name that would be a fantastic lead in getting rid of him." Plight said.
"Perhaps. I will try to summon the right books into the building. If I can get the spell book to be a part of what's available, then I can learn the spell which will allow me to contact Amilessë." I tell him, "Plus, we need a bath. And you're muscles will feel better with hot water. Are you hungry?"
"I am starving, and I will do anything to ease my body. It feels like my clothes are clinging to me." He said.
I looked at him. "Mm. You're clothing may be a little tight." I note, before running my hands over him, avoiding where the metal parts showed, his body really was a lot more in shape now, like if he'd trained himself. I took out my ocarina and played a tune, summoning Galdur's Tower. I made a bathing room, a kitchen, and two studies, so there was a bigger chance for the spell books to be summoned. I helped Plight up and brought him into the bathroom. "Do you want me to help you? I can try to massage you. Though, I may be a bit chilly."
"I am sorry. I noticed you were a little... blue?" Plight said.
"Yes, I was so scared that you'd died that my sorrow made me switch to Winter instead of Spring. Celadrin, like Eladrin, embody seasons." I explain. "Does the chill not bother you?"
He looked at me and said, "Not in the least. Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?"
I smiled at him, despite the Winter's sorrow, and said, "Yes. Be well. What do you want to eat?" I helped him onto a bathing bench and started running a bath for him.
"Oh, anything." He said, hesitating, "Anything particularly..."
"Blood volume, right?" I asked.
"Yes.. that would be good." He said.
I summoned Baas with a quick tune. "Will you find a large animal? Like a giant boar? We've hunted for hours without luck." I explained. Baas gave me a skeptical look, I'd summoned him as an owl. "Please." I asked. He nodded reluctantly and I let him out of the building. I turned back to Plight, "Did you want help?"
"Help with.. what in particular?" He asked.
"Bathing, or a massage. My hands are small, but strong." I said.
"I would normally turn that down, but I am currently worse for wear." Plight said.
I nodded and said, "If you become uncomfortable, say so." I took his torn robe off him, I'd repair it for him. I didn't want to touch the metal, but I gritted my teeth and helped him out of it. The burns weren't terrible. I helped him to stand so his pants could be removed. His arms and legs shook but, as soon as I had him naked, I helped him into the bath. My face burned brightly, giving color to my blue tinged skin. I did my best to not look at him. I really did. But I also couldn't help it.
I lathered him with soap, massaging his muscles as I went. If his body could be healed by magic, I'd work it into my hands as I went. Instead, he was treated to my icy hands rubbing his sore muscles, then the hot water soothing. I shampooed his hair, too, massaging his scalp. Despite his efforts that I'd originally been oblivious to, I noticed that he was rather erect. I'd never seen it like that... Then again, I'd never seen one outside of an anatomy book. This made my face red all over again, but I did my best to ignore it.
I rinsed his hair gently, having him lean his head against my chest. "How are you feeling?" I asked.
"I believe this is the most relaxed I have ever felt in my life." He replied. "This is also the most.. tense.. I have ever felt."
"Is it very uncomfortable?" I asked, curious.
"I don't think I would describe it as uncomfortable. Just something I am very not accustomed to." He replied.
I hugged his damp body. "I am glad I can make you feel nice." I tell him.
"I don't know how to handle this. I have never had experience with these types of feelings." Plight admitted.
"I can tell you what I have read? Do you understand the why of it?" I asked.
"Yes. I understand the why and reasons for such things." Plight said.
"Do you.. know how to relieve it?" I ask him. Embarrassed.
"No," He said, also very embarrassed, "I don't have experience in that regard either."
I explained to him the process of a man relieving himself, then the ways someone else can do it for him. I'm afraid we were both pretty scarlet by the end of it.
Silence followed my explanations. After he was clean as I could get him, I said, "I am glad my touch has caused you this... discomfort... Also, I can not reach your legs or feet from here."
"You're.. glad?" He asked, confused.
"Yes. I am, very. It means I am not repulsive or dirty to you. This makes me very happy." I replied, smiling at him.
"Oh. I.. I understand now. No, you are certainly not repulsive or dirty. It wouldn't make much since for you to be cleaning me, if you were dirty." He said.
I laughed lightly, and kissed his cheek, "Do you want me to go out so you can clean your lower half? Or are you content to be rubbed longer? Baas hasn't found anything yet."
"As embarrassed as I may be, I do feel that if I tried to clean myself up, I would fall into the tub and drown." He replied.
"Alright. I shall lift you up, then. Excuse me.." I said, I then reached for the bottom of the tub, getting quite soaked in my front, as I had filled the tub to max, I scooped one arm under his legs, bracing his upper half with my other arm. I lifted him out of the water, setting him on the bench. I turned and fetched the basin bucket used to pour water on oneself.
I dipped the basin bucket into the bathwater and set it next to him, starting the process of massage and soap on his feet. I did my best to not look at his private parts. Though, I was awfully curious. "Am I beautiful to you?" I ask.
His face turned red and he said, "Extremely."
"You are very beautiful, too. I love your eyes." I tell him.
"I love your kindness. You are by far one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen." He told me. "It had never even crossed my mind that I would get to feel this way about someone."
I felt my season realign to Spring as I smiled brightly at him. I hoped that I wasn't interpreting his words incorrectly. I stood, carefully, and gently kissed his lips. He returned the kiss, shyly. When I pulled back he began stammering, unsure what to say.
After a moment, all he managed was, "Thank you." After a longer moment, "I don't know what to do now." He admitted.
I giggled, and crouched back down, started to clean and massage his ankles and legs. "You needn't rush. Just adjust to become comfortable." I tell him.
He adjusted the way he was sitting and said, "Ok."
After I finished massaging and cleaning his legs for him, he washed his own privates. I helped him rinse off with the basin bucket. "Oh, yes. That's right, Sarial has sewing things in her bag. I can let your shirt and pants out a bit to fit your body better."
"Thank you for.. well, everything. I would certainly appreciated my clothes fitting a little more. I seem to have expanded in many ways." Plight replied.
I smiled, then turned to drain the tub. "I'll need to clean myself up, too. Did you want help with you're erection..?" I asked.
"..Yes." He said, after a pause.
Embarrassed, but wanting to ease his discomfort, I returned to him. I wasn't sure in which way I should do it. How do you please a human? Well, he's a vampire. Does that make him different? Elves do not do these things casually.
After my brief panicked thinking, I began to use my hands on him, gently. His reaction was bashful, but positive, I think. Curiously, I used my mouth on him. Knowing of something, and experiencing that something are often two very different things. This much, I can say with certainty. After just a few minutes, Plight emptied himself into my mouth.
It wasn't incredibly pleasant, but when I looked up into his face, seeing the pleasure and relief there, I decided I didn't hate it. Smiling, I asked, "Better?"
He seemed to have a sudden peace about him as he turned his body on the bench and laid down. "Yes. I feel much better."
I returned to the bathtub and ran my own bath. Once the tub was full, I removed my clothes. I wasn't embarassed about my body, even if people back home found me repulsive, Plight didn't. I stepped into the tub and bathed myself. Idly surprised Baas hadn't found anything yet. I knew he was safe, unharmed, but I didn't know why there was nothing to hunt in this area.
Once I was clean I toweled myself dry. Plight was still laying on the bench, relaxed. I used another towel to lay over him. I kissed his cheek and asked him if he's ready to come out of the bathroom. He'd smiled, and nodded. I helped him into the kitchen. I used my silk hammock as a temporary wrap for his body. Then I got into his pack and retrieved the clothing he had. Measuring it against his body, I took out Sarial's sewing kit along with two of my outfits, one of them I put on. Turning my other outfit into scrap, I planned ways the let out his clothing that would look purposeful and nice, rather than like a nightmare.
I have him what meat had spawned in my kitchen, for now. Waiting on Baas. After, I got one outfit completed, Baas had finally found something. I kissed Plight's cheek and asked him to carefully get dressed while I hunted.
I resummoned Bellam once outside, and let Baas show me the way to the beast he'd found. Turns out, it was a giant ape. I cast Leodmunds tiny hut to keep myself, Baas, and Bellam safe, and shot it with and arrow. It leapt upon the hut and began pounding it so hard that the ground trembled.
I cast Raulothim's Psychic Lance, which managed to hurt it pretty badly. Next, I used Ice Knife, followed by Burning Hands and Firebolt. It took several rounds to kill it. With Bellam's help, we brought the ape back to Plight. Baas leading the way back, as well. Plight skinned the creature, as Sarial had taught him to do. He then ate enough to satiate himself.
It wasn't until it was bright the next day that we ventured back out outside. I'd looked through what books had spawned, and cuddled Plight, and we'd tended our eggs. Plight was amazed once more when he learned that the only books that spawned are the ones I have read, or looked at their pages.
Though, it was later in the day than we'd probably intended to be on our way, we still headed back towards Dueling Rivers. It still took us overnight and some of the next day to reach town.
The first thing we did in town was look for Mills. He was manning his stall. I recognized him, only because Plight pointed him out.
So I approached him, taking out the communication device Sarial had sent for him. "Hello Mr. Mills." I greeted him.
"Hello.." He says, "I believe you were with Sarial and Plight last time?"
"Yes. She sent this to you. It's a communication device, Tyra said it's not private." I tell him, smiling. Offering him the device
"Oh, so she is still in the Capital, then?" He asked, accepting the item.
"Yes. On house arrest, because Tyra was told to not let her leave." I reply.
"And she is going to listen to that?" Mills asked, frowning.
"Tyra is super crazy strong, so probably. She is anyways. Oh, she said to say your family has been arrested." I remember and tell him.
"Oh. That is a bit of news." He said, looking surprised. "Suppose I should head to the Capital myself. What was their charges?"
"Hmm. I dunno. I don't really understand what all happened. Tyra kinda did her own thing and then James and Dirthin went and they've been gone. Might be better to ask Sarial or Tyra what happened." I shook my head.
"Alright, I believe I will do just that. Thank you, though." Mills said.
"I'm gonna go summon my spirit friends to make Sarial's farm, now." I told him, turning away. I turned back and gave him the fire protective glyph. "Oh, Sarial said for you to put this on your front door. It's a protective glyph.
"Oh.. well, that certainly sounds handy." Mills comments.
I didn't really respond to that, waving at him and returning to Plight. I took his arm, gently, and went with him back out of town to where Hearthstone Town was located. A couple of dwarves were putting up a beautiful sign that said 'Hearthstone Town' on it.
I greeted the dwarves and told them their sign is wonderful. After they had it in place, and they came down, I asked them to let people inside know the Earth may quake a bit. Nervously, they ran to alert everyone.
With that, I took out my viol. I loved to play it. I walked towards the water and called for my friends, chanting their names, three times each. Undine, Lumina, Gnome, Dryad, and Sylphid. I told them about what I wanted to do, and for what purpose and asked for their help.
A few tried to play at being mean, but Undine, who loves me most, got them all on the same page. They summoned more plant and Earth spirits and told me they'd need my magic to help make it all work. I readily agreed. Once they began to move, Undine asked for music, so I began to play my viol and sing to the spirits.
Soon, there was a large crowd, which included Alexion watching. The Earth truly did shake down below. Or so they'd said. Once they'd finished using my magic and theirs it was dark out. Exhausted, Plight caught me as I fell. The spirits, also tired, one by one stopped to get praised, then left.
Undine watched all this, worriedly. Gnome and Dryad had also stayed. They were quite worried for me, they were the ones who'd taught me to summon Baas and Bellam. They, with Baas, taught me to bite those who annoy me. I just needed some rest, I told them. The seeds had all been planted while the land was readied to take them. Gnome told me, they'd be growing fast, especially with further care.
I fell asleep while Plight took me to Sarial's room to rest. When I woke a couple hours later, Alexion and Plight were chatting. I interrupted by kissing Plight and snuggling him. Alexion's words had stopped abruptly.
"Sienna... you..?" Alexion had frowned.
Plight's arms were around me, lightly. I was still tired. "I like Plight. He's kind, and sweet, and warm hearted." I tell Alexion.
"He's a vampire.. we are Celadrin.. That's Celestial Eladrin offspring. Do you not understand?" Alexion asked, frowning.
"I understand that people back home have treated me like if I am a disease and that Plight does not. That is what's valuable." I tell him.
He frowns still a bit longer and then nods slowly, "If that is what you'd like, Sienna. I won't keep you from a relationship with him."
"I love you, too, Alexion. Plight's very handsome and wonderful." I grin. "Oh, do you know how to use the Sending spell? I couldn't find it when going through the books."
"You're tired. Rest for now, and I will help you the next day." Alexion said. "Do you know about Celadrin, Plight?"
"Unfortunately, no.. I don't know much about any races." Plight said, "It becomes hard to study when most people run you out of town."
"Celadrin, like Eladrin are expressions of seasons. A Spring Eladrin, green, are always happy and do not recognize danger," Alexion pointed at me, "A prime example. Summer, gold, tends to be angry, Fall, red, is thoughtful, and Winter, blue, is sorrowful. Extreme emotions can force a change of season. We come from a human father, or we'd be able to spark beams of flame from our eyes."
"Is that stated as a matter of fact or resentment?" Plight asked.
"Fact. I don't have any particular feeling towards our father." Alexion said. "We're perfect as we are. Sienna is the one who wishes to know him."
"As someone who has no family, I would suggest maybe trying to get to know him, if you are ever able to." Plight said. "At least after getting to know him you can decide if he is someone worth knowing or not."
"I can understand your stance, but the time in which I desired such a thing has long past. I am more than happy with just my mother and sister." Alexion told him, "That isn't to say that I will refuse to speak to him. I am not rude. Do you intend a relationship with Sienna?"
"If she is willing to deal with the risks of being with someone like me, then yes." Plight answered.
"She's Spring. She has no concept of risks and danger." Alexion sighed. "She's told you about our weaknesses?"
"No, she has not told me of your races weaknesses. I do know she is allergic to metal." Plight said.
"We have weak constitutions, and easily become ill. As fey, we have an intolerance to metal, which extends to church bells, and the sound of iron ringing, like a Mundane smithy. We tend to be easily bribed with sweets and can become drunk on creams." Alexion explained. "I tell you this, because you'll be watching over her most, I'd imagine."
Plight looked over at me and said, "It sounds like your brother is passing you on to me."
"Does it break your heart?" I asked him teasingly.
"No, I welcome the challenge." He teased back with a slight smile.
I kissed his cheek, sleepily, and said, "Helping channel the spirits wore me out."
"Do you need to get some more sleep?" Plight asked.
"Resting will suffice for a bit." I told him. "Then we can work on extending Sarial's home here."
"What do you want to start with?" Plight asked.
I took out Sarial's plans, showing them to him. "The main room, which she's called a Family Room would be good. If we had time, we should do her personal wing, since we don't need to sleep. I know she made sure there would be a mess hall for her people to eat at, but I think she'd like a kitchen to cook in. She seems to enjoy it."
"That sounds like a wonderful idea, if we can get that started we can go from there." Plight said.
I nodded in agreement. "We could use the same room so there is a spare, what do you think?" I asked Plight.
His face turned red and he said, "I would like that."
"Would we need a bed?" I asked, curiously.
"..Yes? I think.. I think we would..." Plight said. He was so adorably embarrassed.
I giggled and snuggled him. "Plight, you do have family, you know?"
He looked at me again and said, "Sarial has called me a brother."
"Yes, and you're her babies Godfather. And she'll probably have more babies, too. That makes them your family even if you don't ever have to parent them." I tell him.
"She is right. Godfathers are family, too." Alexion agreed.
Plight smiled and said "My family is much smaller, but I love them much more."
"It is thought that a baby can hear while still in their mother, from around five months gestation or so. So, when her belly gets big, make sure you greet the baby and tell them about yourself. Like, 'Uncle Plight loves you, little one'. And they'll know before they meet you." I tell him.
He had a thoughtful expression now. Wasn't responding. Alexion looked amused.
"I am going to go and help the people some more. Stay and rest." Alexion said, before leaving the room.
As soon as Alexion had shut the door, Plight jerked slightly, blinked, looked around and asked, "Where did Alexion go?"
'He went to help out around the place. He's very happy to be helping these people. He's stiff, but likes to help." I tell him. "He told me to stay and rest."
"Rest would be good for you." Plight agreed, nodding. "Sarial says cuddling while resting helps a lot more."
"I would have to agree, don't you?" I grinned at him.
"I think I would agree. And thus, more proof that we would need a bed. Or at least a comfy chair." Plight said.
"Oooh, an over sized bean bag would be great!" I told him, grinning devilishly, "And is resting really why you'd want a bed?"
"It is a reason to have a bed." Plight said.
"A bed may be comfy for intimacy, wouldn't it?" I asked him.
"Shall we relax for a little while?" He asked, his face burning brightly.
"Yup. That'll be good." I replied, giggling.
He moved to the edge of the bed, pulled back the covers, got in close to the wall, then patted the bed next to himself. I joined him, of course. Snuggling to him, happily. We stayed like this till dawn.
