As Annie and Hugh left the conference room with their Alpha, Sillicoe caught up to them.
“Mrs. Crozier, may I have a word please.”
“Certainly Home Secretary, what can I do for you?”
“I wondered if you ever get to London and if you do, I wondered if you would agree to a meeting. I was very interested in what you were saying about history appearing to have been altered. I think it’s something we should look into, see if we can get to the truth. There’s some archives in the British Library and some in Whitehall which are not accessible to the public, I ought to be able to get us access so perhaps we could start there?”
Annie looked at Sillicoe with surprise, as did Alpha Armstrong. The Alpha was the first one to speak.
“I had no idea you were so interested in history Home Secretary.”
“I studied history at Cambridge.” explained Sillicoe haughtily.
