Annie felt herself being dragged from the comforting depths of sleep by erotic tingles running up her spine. As she slowly became aware of her surroundings she realised that she and Hugh had somehow switched places during the night, she was lying on top of him as he was trailing his fingers up and down her back.
“What time is it?” mumbled Annie, he voice rough with sleep.
“About five I think.” replied Hugh lazily. Annie gave a big sigh.
“I still don’t really understand what happened this morning? I thought we were in real trouble there. Who was that wolf, MacGregor was it, and his mate, she’s human isn’t she?”
“She is, what makes you think they are mates?” replied Hugh looking down at her, frowning.
