Oct. 3rd (Friday/ three weeks later)
Zoey and I got to the football game earlier than usual because we wanted to try to get better seats than usual and Bradley told us he would meet up with us later because he had to do something before joining us. As soon as we entered the football field area, I knew Isaac was there because I could smell him. When we went into the first row of stands, I saw he was sitting at the top of the stands with his friends. Brittany and Melinda (another cheerleader, senior, and human) was sitting on the row in front of them but turned to face them. Brittany had her right hand on Isaac's left knee and was leaning in close to him as she talked to him. Isaac was wearing his black leather jacket that has designs on it that he drew on it. I looked away and around then I saw Zoey give me a sad look. Even though we were early, still the only spot with three empty spaces side by side plus with space before other people was the row before Isaac and them which was the row Brittany and Melinda was on. I let Zoey walk in front of me and Melinda rolled her eyes when she saw me.
"Oh look the nerds showed up." Brittany said looking at Zoey and me then Isaac and them looked at us.
"Oh look it's the fake girls." Zoey said before flipping her off with a big smile on her face.
"Aw, no Bradley?" Melinda asked when I pushed Zoey to keep walking.
I didn't get far past Melinda or Brittany before I was picked up then Isaac sat back down with me in his lap facing him. He smiled at me before kissing me. I broke the kiss making it a very short kiss then he gave me a look.
"So the rumors are true, you got matched with a human someone beneath you." Brittany said as I turned around in Isaac's lap.
"She isn't beneath me; if she was we wouldn't have been matched." Isaac said wrapping his arms around me.
"Yeah I think a mistake was made and your parents need to talk to the Council." Brittany said looking at Isaac.
"You want him; you can have him after all you can keep his attention better than me." I said breaking free of Isaac's grasp then walking away and down the stands.
I was surprised when Isaac didn't follow me and when I got to the bottom of the stands I saw it was because Victor was holding him back but Isaac's eyes were completely black and he had a mad look on his face.
Zoey quickly found me after I got to the parking lot. We decided to just go eat then to the movies. We let Bradley know the change of plans and he met us at Charlie's Diner.
I got back to the mansion around 10:30 and I went straight to my room then to sleep.
The next day (Saturday)
I woke up around 2 o'clock because I had to go to the bathroom. I felt an arm around my waist then I looked to see Isaac was in the bed with me. I shook my head before moving his arm then getting up and leaving. When I got done using the bathroom and opened the door, Isaac was standing where he blocked my path out of the bathroom. He still looked mad but his eyes weren't completely black this time.
"Can I pass? I want to go back to sleep." I said.
He shook his head before moving so I could walk away. He followed me back to the room and got in the bed behind me.
"The process didn't make a mistake matching us together." He said putting his arm around me.
"And I don't want Brittany." He said when I didn't say anything.
"Whatever you say just don't expect me to believe it since so far most of the stuff you have said has been a lie." I said closing my eyes.
"Excuse me?" He asked in a mad voice as he flipped me onto my back then got on top of me.
"You said you would be spending more time here and you haven't." I said.
"I've been busy." He said.
"Ok whatever." I said before closing my eyes again.
"How much did you eat?" He asked as I felt him kiss the left side of my neck.
I quickly opened my eyes.
"No, you aren't feeding from me." I said in a mad voice then he backed up enough to look me in the eyes.
"So you don't want any affection from me is that it? Because you ended the kiss earlier before it even started and now you don't even want me to drink your blood which brings us both pleasure and brings us closer together?" He asked in a mad voice.
"I'm starting to believe that's a lie too; you just want someone to feed from freely well sorry you can't do that Isaac." I said and he gave me a look before getting off of me.
He got up and left the room before I could even blink. I shook my head before closing my eyes and trying to go back to sleep.
I woke up again around 6 and couldn't go back to sleep. I put on my robe then went to Isaac's room. I knocked on the door. I was about to knock again when he opened the door just wearing a pair of black shorts. I saw he had a six pack and a wolf plus a moon tattoo on his left chest.
"What?" He asked in a mad voice.
"Can we talk?" I asked.
He shook his head before moving so I could walk into the room. He closed the door behind me then walked past me towards his bed when I stopped walking after I walked into the room. I took a deep breath before walking to where I could see his bed and him sitting on it. He was leaning against the headboard and he was just watching me.
"You wanted to talk so talk." He said as I leaned back against the wall a little bit away from his bed and where he could still see me.
"I'm sorry; I shouldn't have accused of lying about you being busy and that being the reason why you haven't been around." I said in a low voice almost a whisper.
Before I knew it he was standing in front of me, I leaned back against the wall more as he looked at me.
"You are my mate Joy. I will not lie to you. Everything I told you was the truth especially me not wanting Brittany." He said lifting my chin so I would be looking him in the eyes.
I nodded my head.
"Have you eaten?" He asked.
I shook my head.
"Go change clothes then come back. I'll have the maid bring us some food." He said then he kissed my forehead.
I nodded my head as he let go of my chin then I walked away. It didn't take me long to change into a pair of yoga pants and a long purple t-shirt. When I got back to his room, he was sitting at the small table in his room by the windows. He was still wearing just pair of shorts. I noticed my plate had a lot of food on it and his had barely any food on it. I didn't say anything though and I just sat down then started to eat.
"I can hear your thoughts remember." He said not long after I started to eat and giving me a look.
"I thought you didn't use the connection." I said.
"I don't use it that often but I'm starting to believe that I need to when we are together so I can figure you out Joy because you are a puzzle I haven't cracked yet." He said then I looked at him.
"Just ask the question." He said.
"Why do you barely have any food?" I asked.
He looked at the left side of my neck then back at my eyes.
"I think you know the answer already." He said.
"Your choice though because I don't want you to think I'm using you just because you are available." He said when I went back to eating.
"I have plenty of people I can use if I wanted to freely feed or drink whatever you want to call it from someone. I need you to know that with you; with us it isn't about the fact you are available it is about the pleasure we both get from it and how it brings us closer together." He said as I drunk some of my orange juice.
I got finished eating not long after that and he just gave me a look. I stood up and he stayed in his seat plus continued to watch me as I walked away from the table. I stopped near his bed then looked at it then at the door. I looked back at the table to see Isaac was still sitting in his seat just watching me. I turned to look back at the bed then I took a deep breath before lifting the covers then laying down in the bed. Before I could put the covers back on top of me, Isaac appeared on top of me and he put the covers over us. He leaned up and off of me a little bit then touched the hem of my shirt. I nodded my head then he quickly took my shirt off of me before getting back in his original spot. He brushed his lips against mine before kissing me. It felt strange to be kissing him since we haven't really kissed that much. After a little bit, he ran his tongue across my lips and I slowly parted my lips. As we were French kissing, I felt him start to pull down my pants and panties at the same time.
"Isaac." I said breaking the kiss when he started to pull down my pants and panties.
"What's wrong?" He asked looking me in the eyes.
"I'm not ready to have sex with you." I whispered.
He closed his eyes then pulled my pants and panties back up before getting off of me.
"If this is about you being a virgin, I know and I don't care." He said opening his eyes and looking at me as he turned to face me.
"I just don't feel like we are at that stage yet." I whispered.
"Not at that stage; Joy, I know you feel the chemistry when we are together and I know just by your smell that you are wet down there for me just like I am hard for you." He said making sure to grab my right hand and put it on his penis as he finished talking.
"But if you aren't ready to take that leap then okay just know that when you are ready, I am too." He said moving my hand up and down his penis.
"You can still feed from me…" I started to say taking my hand away from his and his penis.
"No, baby girl I can't. I am way too horny to feed from you because that will lead to other things and believe me when I say my werewolf side will come out and take over then you won't have a say in whether or not we have sex." He said shaking his head at me.
I nodded my head before pulling back the covers.
"Stay; you are still tired. Just sleep in here with me. I promise I won't try anything." He said.
I gave him a look before nodding my head and putting the covers back over me.
"Can I have my shirt back?" I asked.
He looked around then got up and grabbed it. I looked away when he got up since he was naked. He put on his shorts before getting back in bed and handing my shirt to me.
I fell asleep after I put my shirt back on but before I fell asleep I felt him pull me close and put his arm around me.
