Chapter 17 - School and Work

Kiyoshi had always believed in the importance of education, even in the world of gangs. He knew that his gang members needed to be educated in order to have better opportunities in life. So, he decided to allow his gang members to attend school during the day and work for the Eclipse Syndicate at night.

The gang members were surprised by Kiyoshi's decision, but they were grateful for the opportunity to continue their education. Some of them had dropped out of school in order to join a gang, but now they could have a chance to earn a diploma.

Kiyoshi made sure that the gang members attended school regularly and also provided them with tutors to help them catch up with their studies. He knew that education was not only important for their future, but it also helped them become better members of the gang.

At night, the gang members would work for the Eclipse Syndicate, using the skills they learned during the day to help the gang. Some of them would work as mechanics, others as computer technicians, and some as security guards.

Kiyoshi was proud of his gang members, who were now able to contribute to the gang in more ways than just selling drugs or committing crimes. They were able to learn new skills and use them to help the gang become stronger.

The decision to allow gang members to attend school and work at night was a risky one, but it paid off. The Eclipse Syndicate became known for their skilled workforce, and other gangs began to take notice.

Kiyoshi's leadership style was unique, but it worked. He believed in the potential of his gang members and gave them the opportunity to grow and learn. The Eclipse Syndicate continued to rise to the top, and Kiyoshi knew that the decision to allow gang members to attend school was one of the reasons why.
