Chapter 27 - two letter

Eveline, The Archduchess and mother of Rakhil wished to bring Rakhil and Andrea close and improve their friendship as Andrea was a good child who followed all etiquette and behaved well. She decided to write a letter to Hannah her best friend (Andrea's mother) inviting them for a tea party arranged in the Dukedom. Dear Madam, How are you, Hannah? It's been so long since we met. I heard about the unfortunate incident that you and little Andrea had to face. I am sorry for my late greeting as I had some situations that made me busy. Furthermore, I still remember meeting Andrea, the sweetest child I have ever seen. I hope she is recovering from the shock of being kidnapped. As it has been so long since we met, I have been missing you and thought if an idea. I would like to invite you to a gathering between nobles over tea that I plan to organize at our place on the fifteenth day of spring season. I thought of this idea to allow our children, to meet and have a good time together. Of course, you ought to come to this gathering, which will be an excellent opportunity to share our worries and a memorable reunion. I am sending you the first invitation, after receiving your response I will send other invitations to our other school friends. I'm sure you'll share my enthusiasm for this idea, and I look forward to seeing you at our house for a pleasant afternoon over homemade tea. Furthermore, I have ordered some special sweets and cookies from the best pastry chef in the capital to be served at this event. I will absolutely do everything to make this afternoon perfect, and I look forward to welcoming your family to our home for a moment of conviviality and discussion. Please accept, Madame, the expression of my best regards. Your Friend Eveline (Eva) "Jenny, come here" Eveline called her maid and ordered to deliver the letter to Hannah quickly. The letter took three weeks to reach the Duchess Dukedom. On receiving the letter, Hannah was extremely happy. Hannah and Eveline always shared a pure and healthy bond of friendship and cared for each other. Without wasting a moment, Hannah wrote back. Hey Eveline! I hope this letter finds you well. It's been a while since we last caught up, and I wanted to update you on how things have been going. First, I'm doing fine, thank you for asking. Life has been a rollercoaster lately, but we're managing. Now, about Andrea, she's slowly recovering from the shock of being kidnapped. It was a terrifying experience for all of us, but luckily, she doesn't remember much of the incident. That's actually a blessing in disguise for now. It's allowing her to focus on healing without constantly reliving the trauma. By the way, thank you so much for inviting me to your tea party. I would have loved to attend and catch up with you. However, I regret to inform you that I won't be able to make it. On the 20th of spring, we'll be celebrating Andrea's birthday, and we're planning to host a tea party for her. It's an important milestone, and we want to make it extra special for her. I understand that it's short notice, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I was wondering if you could possibly postpone your tea party? It would mean the world to Andrea if you could attend her birthday celebration. It'll be a delightful gathering, and we'd be thrilled to have you and little Duke, Rakhil, join us. I hope you understand the situation, and I appreciate your understanding. Please let me know if postponing the tea party is possible for you. I miss spending time with you, and I'm looking forward to catching up soon. Take care of yourself, Eveline! Yours truly, Hannah
