Benny, the boss of our company, came to our office today and had a meeting with all of us. He told us how he plans to do the South Africa market this year and told us that he will fly to SA on Monday. After he finishes speaking, ask for our opinion on his plan. The last round is me.
I told him somethings that were different than other colleagues.
I made a pyramid shape with my hands, and said that the lithium battery market in South Africa is like this pyramid, with retailers and installers at the bottom, wholesalers and distributors in the middle, and investors at the top.
For the method we used last year was a lot of colleagues and students to call huge amount of google sourcing customers which related to lithium battery field. It's just like call and find customers from the bottom. This year, we still use the same method as last year, just saying that we want to get bigger distributors who have big funds. And we have to ask these low-level customers if they can give us 30% , or 50% or 70% of the deposit. We have already sent two colleagues to South Africa last year. Apart from the installers, I don't believe they don't have any distributors on hand, but none of the customers have been willing to give a deposit and do FOB terms. I think this year we use the same method as last year, we may not be able to find the customers who are willing to give a large deposit even Benny was there.
If we fail again this year, what should you do and you have to support a group of people. Like Hu****e in South Africa, they're already have investor, so they start from the top of the pyramid, and then just let the distributors take away the batteries in the fastest time when batteries arrived SA warehouse. And let them pay the money as soon as possible. This should be the correct way to develop the South African market. ..
Benny said he thought just we are not lucky enough, so we still not find out the big distributors or importers who want to pay deposit. He said if I have ability, I should find out the Pyl**tech's distributors and let them turn to be our distributors. I can tell them we can do better price.
I said if you can offer better price, why others can not offer it?
Benny got angry and asked me to tell him how to do.

He said that the investor is not my dad, how did I find it? He said that he doesn't want me to find investors, but just call the customers in the sourced list is OK.
I said silently in my heart: I don't do cool calling, it's not that I don't want to help you. In fact, I have already tried hardly this before. I think it's a waste of time to do this. Since there is no result for gaining any orders through the cool call, why not save my saliva.

Benny got angry with me, maybe he wants to fired me in his heart. I know he doesn't trust me.
Sorry, you are my boss and the person who offer me a job, I try all my best to help you, but I will not do " You jump , I jump". It's my duty to tell you the fact and risky.
I think I have to take action to find and gain a new job asap.
