There are lots of doctors pushing a bed to the ER. Today is the News Years when people are celebrating with their families, someone is stuck in a hospital bed clinging to their life. His face looks emotionless, but if someone looks closely enough, they can see a bit of regret and anger on his face. He knew today was his death day, people told him he will live to be 18 years old but he failed and will die in his 16s.

The young boy had no one to comfort him while he lay almost dead due to his weak heart couldn't support his body after 12 years. The boy's name was Luke and just before his death, saw his life flash before his eyes, and he saw his talks with his mother where he would tell her about his dreams of becoming a martial artist, his love for action, fighting, and sci-fi movies. And his favorite novel, that he loves, "The strongest magic swordsman." where the main character's destiny is to become the strongest and save the world with his power from the demon king. But he also saw something that stuck with him for a long time, and that was the pitiful looks he from everyone, those eyes, that won't stop following him, he saw them every day, and he hated it more than anything. They will say all these nice and sweet things but it will come true like, 'Wish you will get better soon.' and 'I'll pray for your health.' where is your prayer or does your god not exist and how can't I forget what most people say, 'Don't give up you can make it!' made me feel like a weak and pathetic child like I don't need your pity you can shove it up your ass.
"It's not fair," he mumbles in a low voice, "Why can't I have been born normal? What would happen if I was born normal?"
Luke's body started to shut down like a robot. He couldn't his legs, then his arms, then his chest, then his senses, first was touch, then taste, smell was next, sight soon followed behind, and before he lost his hearing he heard a flatline noise.
As the clock strikes 12:01 a.m. Luke Ackers died during New Year's.

Luke opens his eyes to see an unfamiliar ceiling. Shocked, Luke got up from the makeshift bed that is a pillow and a blanket just to a small room that looks like an apartment but was very small and messy. Even Luke who has never been in an apartment can say that this is not an apartment it's more like a prison cell from the movies. The only difference is that it had a small kitchen, by which I mean it's a counter, a microwave, and a small table to eat at. But the most interesting thing is the 4 items laid on the small table leaving no space between them with a note. Luke walked to the table almost tripping because of the amount of stuff on the ground and picked up the note.

Luke had a surprised look on his face, and how could he not, even if one of the three options was not the last but it can start wars over them. He was getting excited in the future where he could see himself at top where only the strong can survive and the weak perished never to be seen again?
