1. First, create a space for yourself in a comfortable and quiet environment.
2. Close your eyes and imagine a bright white light flowing down from the cosmos and entering your body through your head.
3. Slowly move your hands in a circular, clockwise motion above your body.
4. As you do this, visualize the white light wrapping itself around your body and all the cells within it.
5. Visualize the light entering your heart and connecting you to the cosmic and universal energies.
6. Invite the light to permeate your entire being and allow it to fill you with its healing and calming energies.
7. Keep your hands moving in a circular motion, as you silently affirm that you are connected to the cosmic and universal energies.
8. Take a few deep, relaxed breaths, and as you exhale, visualize any negative energy being released and replaced by the healing light.
9. When you feel complete, slowly open your eyes and take a few moments to reflect on your experience.
