Elsa and Jesse left the dinning room to the garden, for fresh air. They both thought about the little drama Dax displayed during breakfast at the same time Elsa thought about what Carlos said about Liam.
But would he come back home if she called him? She's never called him before, and she can't tell how Liam would react if she calls him. What if he's busy right now? He if he punished her? Elsa felt quit uneasy.
"Jesse do you think I should call Liam?" Elsa asked. "I don't know, why don't you call to find out?" Jesse suggested but thinking about it, "No-no who knows the punishment he'd give me this time for disturbing his work!" Elsa said meaningfully.
"About what Dax said earlier, what do you think Liam stole from him?" Jesse asked as they got further into the garden. They haven't really had time for themselves since they got back home. Elsa and Jesse needed more time together to make their bond stronger since it's been barely two weeks they met each other.
"I don't know, Dax has been acting all wierd lately, he gets angry easily and he's become so annoying!" She said to have Jesse laugh. "What, I don't remember saying something funny?" Elsa kept a livid face, her facial expression only made Jesse laugh more.
"I'm so sorry, it's just.... Thought you said Dax is your favorite and he's super sweet!" Jesse mocked to have Elsa frown. "I take back everything I said!"
As they walked into the large garden further, Elsa's eyes went to the direction of the underground dongeon she saw that day, but she had promised Liam not to tell anyone.
The dongeon was really hidden that no one would be able to figure out where it was even if they walked around this place for a thousand times. Elsa wondered how many people have lost their lives in that dongeon. She wondered if the president was in there and curiosity filled her entire being, she needed to feed her curiosity.
"I'm tired of walking Elsa, let's go back to the mansion!" Jesse suggested and Elsa nodded, she smiled inwardly, this was a perfect opportunity. She walked behind Jesse slogishly, before diverting her steps to the way of the dongeon.
She stroded into the dongeon, watching her steps so as not to step on a stone since the place was pitch black. The only light there came from a room that held a man, his hands and legs were chained to the wall, in a way that his foot was not touching the floor. Dried blood all over his body including his face.
The chains, knifes and sticks used on him were arranged on the floor. She moved further in and was agape by who she saw. This man was her mother's personal chauffeur who was supposed to be dead during the bomb blast. But why is he alive and what is he doing here? She thought.
The man looked half dead, he was tired from all the beating tiger and his men have afflicted him with. He was not going to betray his boss, he rather die than do that. But who is this boss of his that helped Florence in taking down Antonio?
His eyes slid open and those doll eyes stared at a familiar figure, he recognised Elsa with one glance. Her bright blue eyes stared at him and he found his voice. "Little Miss, please let me out of here, what are you doing with this evil man. I promise to take you to your mother, she's alive, she's not dead!" He cried.
On hearing mother, Elsa's ears rose.
