"Woah this is gorgeous." Jesse ran into the apartment set out for her and her bestie. Both girls finally arrived in the country for schooling, only two weeks ago they danced and celebrated for making it into college and now they were here. Both girls ran around the huge apartment excitedly, "This is it, our journey starts now." Elsa said panting hard. They both burst into a peal of huge laughter that had them falling to the floor.
"We still have to explore around the school building tomorrow." "Yes, I'm craving to find my department and make new friends," Jesse said to see her friend smile. Unlike her, Elsa was not a social bird, she had no idea how to make new friends and she's been fine with that. They both got into their rooms to bathe and rest from their two days flight, they had a lot to do, money was not an issue but going out was.
Both girls were not used to living alone and going out by themselves. They grew up being tossed around and controlled by their parents, this is the opportunity they've both craved for for months and it's right before them. Liam was smart to take them far but it was for his reasons, since Harbetto had threatened him, he wanted his wife an easy target as far as possible.
If she's far from reach he could concentrate on his work rather than worry much about her, besides he has his knights around to keep her and his sister safe. Jesse was happy she was free finally, Liam had sent a divorce letter to Ethan on an agreement she could go back to him if she likes once she's independent. But now she's under his care she's not going to be with a man that physically abused her.
He made sure the Black's cut whatever business deals they had with the Annakins, his stepmother is another foolish woman that cares less about her daughter or her feelings. He wouldn't sit and watch someone disrespect or bully his sister, Ethan is lucky he decided to let him go.

"They arrived safely, Boss," Carlos said calmly to the man staring out the window. Liam's thought was clouded by what had happened earlier, rejecting his father's offer of inheriting his companies, real estate, and businesses again. He stated that he had forgiven him and has accepted him again as his son. But instead of accepting any of those things, he handed them over to his brothers Dax and Rafael.
He had many other business projects to work on, he was completely out of the league of handling his father's company or craving to inherit any. He had more than enough to handle, family fights over little inheritance were not his thing. His uncle could have them all now he cared less about them, he wouldn't be an object of hate in the nearest future.
Everyone was shocked at him declining everything, but he did. They arrived before Breitbart's mansion for the party they were invited to. As stated in the Invitation Card, it was a celebration for finding his lost daughter, the one who would inherit his fortune, and this time, the entire Black family was in attendance, except the ones far away, in other to congratulate him.
They all thought he was the useless forgotten Black who had nothing useful to do with his life, most people were happy about this cause of their hate and envy for Liam for being the closest to him thinking he was only there to inherit the man's money. But now he had a child, and they were happy.
"Liam my boy," Breitbart called walking up to him, both men exchanged a handshake. The smile on Breitbart's face broadened as he saw the boy step in. Liam will always be like a son to him even if he's found his lost seed. "How have you been I heard what happened to your father sorry I couldn't be there." He apologized. "It's nothing, not like your presence would have made a difference, he's better now," Liam said but corked his brows when he saw Breitbart's eyes roaming around and beyond him. Yes, they both settled whatever was between them, but that could not change his feelings towards that little sweet girl he saved from the slave establishment. He hasn't and will never forget her.
It was weird she meant a lot to him more than anyone else has, and it broke him finding out she was married to his nephew. Liam was not one to toil with or intimidate, that was one of the reasons he had to step down and let him have his wife back peacefully. "You're not here with your half?" Breitbart asked and Liam understood what he meant immediately. "She's couldn't make it, but she's asked to greet you." Came Liam's reply after taking a glass of drink from the waiter.
"She still remembers me," Breitbart murmured under his breath astonished at the man's words. He knows how attached they both are to each other, it was a blessing if she still remembers him even with Liam being present in her life. Little did he know his nephew has just told a lie to make him feel a bit better. "Wow, it turns out we were closer than we thought we were, isn't that right Mr. Black?" Bianca came from behind interrupting their conversation.
"Ah, Liam, this is my daughter Bianca Black." Breitbart introduced for the man to glance at her for a few seconds before returning his gaze back to Breitbart. "She looks nothing like you." He said.
Breitbart wondered why both people were acting strange to each other. He wondered why Liam was cold towards his daughter being that they were once lovers according to Bianca's words. If they had dated before and he took her innocence why was he all cold towards her? Maybe they were still in love? No, he brushed the thought right away. He's seen how this nephew of his treats his wife, "Yes, she inherited her features from her mother." He said still watching them both closely.
"Welcome to the family then Bianca," Liam said meeting her gaze again, Bianca could hear fireworks in her head at his words to her but her composure spoke nothing of that such. This is the first time he's spoken to her since she's been fantasizing about him in her head, his eyes on her made her stiff but her actions still went unnoticeable.
This is the first time this man has stared at her this way since she started chasing him. Was he no longer satisfied with his wife? She knew that marraige with a little child who knew nothing wouldn't last. "We attended the same college don't you remember?" She smiled.
She's waited eight years now without dating any other guy thinking he would at least notice her, but he didn't. Now they're related making it even more impossible for her to get close to him romantically. Not that it was stated in any law that relatives couldn't get married if they ever get attracted to each other but society has made it an abominable act.
"Breitbart." Donovan came over to greet his cousin and his newly found ward, only to find his son present at the party. "You're here Liam?" He asked astonished, "Hmm." Came Liam's reply before walking away. "Aren't you a former Benzoyl my dear?" Maisha asked the girl sweetly, of course, she knew Bianca was the heiress of the entire Benzoyl's fortune even up until now, but she never rated them since they were far from her league. "Yes," Bianca answered still recovering from the embarrassment her father has caused to her.
Breitbart was such a sweet man, unlike Williams, he talked to her like a friend and understood her, that's one of the reasons she's been able to open up to him, to tell him everything she was going through. "She's a more fitting wife to my son than that girl he's with, we're basically funding her family." She rolled her eyes irritated.
"Don't say that Maisha, they're related there's no way such can happen, besides Liam is already married." Brietbart cut her off immediately. "Who says it can't happen, she's nothing more than a leach sucking all of my son's wealth?" Maisha still rolled her eyes holding Bianca by the hands as they both walked away. "How's your health now brother." He asked Donovan whose eyes were still on his wife that just walked away.
Bianca was happy those words came from the source, Liam's mother. The woman has never given her this attention before, and she loved it. Maybe it was possible she could still be with Liam even if she's a close relative. After seeing the little display from Liam and Elsa that day in their mansion, she decided Elsa was not the right daughter-in-law for her stepson.
She brought the girl in, which means she could take her out and she would do everything in her power to separate them.
.
While everyone partied, somewhere far from the ballroom but in a different sector of the mansion stood a frustrated man on a call. Dax was frustrated, he searched the entire city and beyond and has not found the girl he's been looking for for months now. According to his mother, both Hazel and the doctor that was meant to work on her had escaped from the hospital without a trace.
He wished he could find her and explain to her everything that had happened, but it was annoying he could not find her. He's talked to her mother but still hasn't found her.
