Liam walked into the dark room where the man was kept. George heard the quiet footsteps hitting the water. The more he listened, the more it gets closer. "Who's there, you've got the wrong person please let me go!" "Please please!" George was getting weaker as he has been shouting since morning, his throat was dry and it felt like it could explode any minute now.
The light of the room was turned on immediately, and Liam could finally see the man's face. So could George, he finally saw the face of his abductor. "Mr Black!" He murmured astonished.
Never in his life will he think he will be at the mercy of this man. The plans they have for him was massive, they had everything in other on how to destroy him. He had a key part to play in their plans.
Has Liam found out about it? Why has he abducted him here? He stared at the man before him, his black eyes burned viciously.
"It's you, I should have known!" "You're a coward!" Goerge sneered glaring at the man. Liam's expression didn't change a bit, he still had his nonchalant expression as usual. He said nothing to the foolish man on the floor, he was not here to banter words with the man.
George was his prey, his toy he couldn't sit and talk with him. He didn't have all day as he had other important things to take care of. When Liam said nothing to George the became even more scared than before.
It was bad if this man talks to you and was worst if he doesn't say a word. The room turned heavy as everyone shivered. Liam was already upset with Beaufort's threat before coming here. Though his facial expression said nothing, he was so upset.
"Of course you wouldn't kill me, you need me to get answers. Sorry to disappoint, but you will get nothing from me!" George said sternly.
He rather dies than tell this man anything that could put his wife and daughter in so much trouble. They were his life and he would protect them.
"Foolish man!" A bullet went through George's left hand. "Ahhhhh!" George screamed in pain. "I rather die' they all say in the beggining!" Liam squat before the man, slogishly glaring right into his eyes.
He tilted his head to the side as he watched the man's grave expression. He moved his hands forward, twisting his fingers into George's gun hole to bring out the bullet slowly.
George screamed louder than he has ever screamed, the pain he felt right then was a pain he has never felt before. The beast was not smiling, he doesn't smile. Just one person brings out his smiles and she was not here.
The one person this people wanted to hurt.
Thinking of everything they've done to her, he wanted to rip this man's head off, but that was not enough. He would leave with regrets why he gave the man such an easy death.
"You are not here cause I need answers, I brought you here to kill you slowly George. I don't want you existing anymore!" He said calmly.
Florence had tried everything possible to find her husband but she still couldn't. "I think the abductors are in another city, they're not here cause we've searched everywhere!" The hired detectives said to the heartbroken woman.
Even if she always had issues with George, he was her everything. Her pride, partly her joy, the only man who get's her. She couldn't imagine him being dead.
The stories she hears from others was happening to her right now. She's cried and is tired of crying.
Claire got back home, her eyes were wet with tears as she saw her mother. There was no way she would not find out when it was all over the news. To Claire, her parent's were good people and they didn't deserve this.
"I want you away from this city honey!" Florence told her daughter when the detectives left their mansion. "There's only one person that could take your father without trace, I want you to go for your school trip to be my eyes there!" Claire listened to everything her mother told her with listening ears and she went to bed after their little plans.
