It had been four years since their wedding and a lot of amazing things had happened after that.
Sighing happily, Clara slowly closed her laptop as she was done with her comics for the day.
She had continued drawing the comics and with the guidance of her husband, she could compete proudly with a professional.
When he had commented to her that the comics are very great, she had never truly believed him and had thought that he was just saying that to make her feel better. However, her works had gotten more popular be each day, since she started drawing again, and she had even snagged a lot of contracts from several companies who had recognized her works.
But, she had denied them and only draws for her husband's company as it was only her hobby and he doesn't want her to stress herself.
She shook her head with a soft chuckle then put away the laptop and carefully got down from the bed, then started walking out of the room, and down the stairs where a delightful aroma was coming from the kitchen.
Walking toward the kitchen, her gaze land on her husband's back who had on an apron and busily frying something in a frying pan.
Although he had never allowed her to cook, she never questioned him again, as her thoughts wandered back to the day that he had gone on a business trip and she had cooked for herself even though he told her to eat at Mira's place who was just next door.
She could remember that she had almost lost her tongue that day after taking a bite of the pasta and a soft chuckle escaped her lips.
Walking forward, she carefully wrapped her arms around him from the side after he had put down the frying pan. "Hubby..." She greeted softly.
Carl glanced sideways at her with a small smile. "Hungry?" He muttered with a chuckle while glancing sideways at her.
"Yeah..." Clara slowly nodded and rubbed her stomach... She had just eaten some minutes ago, however, she is suddenly hungry again.
Carl chuckled again as he stared down at the huge bump in her stomach.
"Let's go." He carefully helped her toward the dining area and sat her down on the chair.
After sitting down, Clara's eyes wandered around the room with a small frown and she glanced at the wall clock then her attention turned to him and her gaze followed his back as he walked back to the kitchen.
After some minutes, Carl came back with two plates of food in hand, and he carefully placed them on the table then drew out a chair which was beside hers and uncovered one of the plates then started feeding her.
Clara slowly ate with a soft smile and after a while, she drank water then dropped the glass before looking up with a frown. "Where is__"
She didn't get to finish her words when the doorbell suddenly rang and she watched as he stood up and walked toward the living room.
Carl pressed the remote after reaching the living room and tiny giggles could be heard from the door with the tapping sounds of small feet on the floor.
"Daddy..." A cute little girl suddenly scurried toward the living with sluggish footsteps and Carl bent down with a chuckle then picked her up.
"Argh! baby Pearl stop running like that." More footsteps sounded in the living room and Zach came rushing inside in his pajamas while holding another cute baby who was already dozing off.
